Beachfront 10th floor condo, private Boardwalk to the Beach, Shared Pool & Hot Tub 

 

Welcome back to Mustang Towers! Mustang Towers condo 1001 is a remodeled 10th floor beach front 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom vacation property. This condo accommodates 8 people comfortably. It is designed with you in mind from ceiling fans in each room, flat screen T.V.s in each bedroom to the cable and WIFI throughout. Complete with a private balcony with new wooden highchairs for perfect beachfront views. Take in the sea air or watch breathtaking sunrises while you enjoy your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen sports quartz countertops, new appliances, spacious cabinetry, and these appliances: drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, mixer, and a built-in microwave.  
In the bayside guest bedroom to the left upon entry are two queen beds with a closet and dresser for plenty of clothes storage. In between the two guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom with a combo tub shower, large mirror, and vanity. The second guest bedroom has King bed, dresser with a vanity mirror, and large closet for guest use. Across in the hall is the large storage and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom for guest use in the hallway as well. Up the hall is the large newly remodeled kitchen with a large over the counter bar. There is room for four on the stools at the kitchen counter or have a meal family style at the 8-person dining room table. Next to the dining room table is the large soft leather couches and comfy chair to relax with a movie or take in the view. Wake up to the ocean across from the living room in the master king bedroom with ample storage walk in bathroom closet and dressers. There is an ensuit walk in shower with a beautiful granite countered vanity. There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot. Unwind and vacation right at this stunning tenth floor beach view condominium!!

Unit 1001 is a lovely and comfortable unit. It easily accommodated our group of varying numbers of family members. The view of the beach is beautiful. The complex is very quiet, which we appreciated and those people we met were all lovely. I highly recommend staying in this unit if 3 bedrooms is what you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay by the beach. It's great place for viewing the sunset from the balcony or the eclipse. It's quiet and very clean, definitely recommend.

So glad to see Mustang Towers back up and running! Everything was perfect and as promised..not one complaint! Worst thing that happened was a fire alarm going off, demanding evacuation of the building, which was cancelled after hustling five floors of stairs..but hey, fire alarms are nothing to scoff at when you're on the tenth floor! Will definitely book again.

Mustang Towers has been on our list to stay for quite awhile and it did not disappoint. The views of the beach/ocean and front views of the bay and sunsets were amazing. We spent Thanksgiving Holidays in MT1001 and it was perfect. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook up a fantastic feast, great TV for some football and of course the nice boardwalk to the beach. We even enjoyed the hot tub! Being there for 12 days the laundry was a definite plus. We are excited to come back to Mustang Towers again!
