Beach Peach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal home with amazing sunset views over the community pond. With three levels of bedrooms and room for entertaining, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first floor is a private place for a couple or teenagers to hang out. The bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, nightstands, chair, dresser, and TV.  The shared bathroom is located in the hall with a pedestal sink and a shower with a glass door. The open bonus room area is made up of a Twin day bed with a pull-out trundle, end tables with storage, a desk/chair, and a TV. Kids will have plenty of room to stretch out, play, and watch movies. Sit out on the back, covered patio to cool off in the shade.
The second floor is where the heart of the home is situated with a welcoming front porch adorned with rocking chairs to greet you as you walk in. Cook a freshly prepared meal in the kitchen equipped with crisp white cabinets, black appliances, Corian countertops, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Dine at the large table with seating for eight and additional stools for three at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the living room, great for gathering and entertaining while seated on the couch or four armchairs while catching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee or cold beverage out to the screened-in porch with loungers and tall table/chairs to see over the railing and enjoy the birds and wildlife that come to visit. The laundry room holds a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. The second guest room (BR2) contains two Twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom (BR) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV.  A full hall bathroom serves this floor with a vanity and a tub/shower with a sliding glass door enclosure.
Venture up to the third floor to the master suite comprised of a King bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, and TV. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a shower with a glass door. Take in the ocean breeze out on the private balcony which overlooks the community pond behind the home and the ship channel to the side.  Mustang Royale is located in a beachfront neighborhood with a shared pool and golf cart boardwalk to the beach.  Bring your friends and family to Beach Peach to create new memories to last forever.

We had a fantastic stay at Beach Peach. The home is very spacious and an excellent floor plan for a large party. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is a big thing for me when I travel! We were hit with a huge storm that left lots of debris from the palm trees in the driveway, but the owners of the home were out there the next morning and cleaned it all up! They seemed very nice. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your glowing review and kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your group had a fantastic stay at Beach Peach and that the spacious layout and comfortable beds made your time with us even more enjoyable. We completely understand how important a good night’s sleep is when traveling, and we’re so glad we could deliver on that.
We’re also happy to hear that our team could help promptly after the storm. Your appreciation truly motivates us to go the extra mile for our guests.
Thank you for recommending us! We hope to host you again soon for another memorable stay. Safe travels! 🌴✨ -Life in Paradise Team

122 Mustang Royal was a great way to spend the last taste of summer. The screened in porch needs to be featured as it was awesome to be able to sit outside without the bugs. The little pond off the back of the house was a hit for our little fishermen. It was nice being able to do that right from the back yard. The inside of the house was perfect, bedrooms were big and cool. The beach was a short drive with a golf cart. It wasn't too crowded at our entrance. I highly recommend Life in Paradise as they took care of us and our needs very quickly.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of 122 Mustang Royal! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the last taste of summer in such a memorable way. Your kind words about the screened-in porch, the peaceful pond, and the spacious, cool bedrooms truly warm our hearts.
We strive to create an idyllic escape where our guests can immerse themselves in nature while enjoying modern comforts, and it sounds like we hit the mark during your stay. We're delighted that your little fishermen had a great time, and that you could enjoy the beach's tranquility with the convenience of the golf cart.
Your high recommendation of Life in Paradise and acknowledgment of our team's quick response to your needs is incredibly appreciated. We aim to make every stay as perfect as possible, and your feedback is a testament to our efforts.
Thank you once again for trusting us with your getaway, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable experience soon.

Our stay was excellent. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone. Make sure to pack the bug spray. Mosquitoes were bad in the evening. The golf cart made it easy to get around and to the beach. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that your stay was excellent and that you found our beds comfortable with ample space for everyone. It's great to know you enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart for easy access to the beach.
Living on the island means we often battle bugs, and we truly appreciate your understanding. The city does spray regularly to keep the mosquito population under control, but sometimes these persistent little visitors can still find their way around. We recommend packing bug spray to ensure a comfortable evening experience.
We're delighted to know that you would definitely come back to stay with us. Your kind words inspire us to continually strive for excellence and ensure that every guest has a memorable stay.

LOVED the Beach Peach! The house was clean & had plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom configuration spread among the three levels was perfect for our party which included 6 adults and one toddler. The use of the golf cart was immeasurable & allowed us to travel back/forth from the beach easily. We did still take a car down to the beach daily with all our gear but that was partially because it was the 4th of July & the beach was very crowded. The only improvement I would make is to have more commonly used things in the kitchen like popular spices, containers to hold leftover food, and/or baggies or plastic wrap. We did find some foil so used that to get creative with our leftovers. Life in Paradise was stellar to work with; great communications! We will be back!

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. Having use of a golf cart made it easy and fast to get to the beach. We also had fun at the pool. The only draw back was the people down the street left fish in their garbage which smelled awful!!!

Beach Peach was a dream! The house is beautiful, updated and decorated so well! We loved looking at all the adorable decor and pics/maps of Port A, birds and fish types! It was really relaxing that it was so nice. We had tons of room to spread out with the three floors of bedrooms and tons of extras included that helped make the trip fun and easy! The decks (one screened) were awesome with great patio furniture and the TVs/streaming was great after being worn out from the beach and sun. Comfy beds and furniture! Such a safe and super nice neighborhood! The golf cart included in the rental is a must and was SO amazing to have. The walk would have been long with beach things, so the golf cart was a huge help and so fun to cruise along the beach! The community pool was clean, perfect, beautiful and just a few houses away from Beach Peach that it was super handy! The pond was beautiful out back to watch all the different types of birds. The house was set back on a cul-de-sac and pretty private. Well manicured and nice houses all in Mustang Royale and Royal Sands, which is right next to Mustang Royale. Great location to get out of town and has great beach spots right off the boardwalk. It was a such a fun and nice house, Life in Paradise was wonderful to work with and we will be staying next year again! LOVED IT!!
