Beach Peach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal home with amazing sunset views over the community pond. With three levels of bedrooms and room for entertaining, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first floor is a private place for a couple or teenagers to hang out. The bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, nightstands, chair, dresser, and TV.  The shared bathroom is located in the hall with a pedestal sink and a shower with a glass door. The open bonus room area is made up of a Twin day bed with a pull-out trundle, end tables with storage, a desk/chair, and a TV. Kids will have plenty of room to stretch out, play, and watch movies. Sit out on the back, covered patio to cool off in the shade.
The second floor is where the heart of the home is situated with a welcoming front porch adorned with rocking chairs to greet you as you walk in. Cook a freshly prepared meal in the kitchen equipped with crisp white cabinets, black appliances, Corian countertops, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Dine at the large table with seating for eight and additional stools for three at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the living room, great for gathering and entertaining while seated on the couch or four armchairs while catching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee or cold beverage out to the screened-in porch with loungers and tall table/chairs to see over the railing and enjoy the birds and wildlife that come to visit. The laundry room holds a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. The second guest room (BR2) contains two Twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom (BR) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV.  A full hall bathroom serves this floor with a vanity and a tub/shower with a sliding glass door enclosure.
Venture up to the third floor to the master suite comprised of a King bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, and TV. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a shower with a glass door. Take in the ocean breeze out on the private balcony which overlooks the community pond behind the home and the ship channel to the side. Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.  
Mustang Royale is located in a beachfront neighborhood with a shared pool and golf cart boardwalk to the beach.  Bring your friends and family to Beach Peach to create new memories to last forever.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The check in was easy, manager was very helpful and friendly. Every basic need was provided and then some. Check out was even easier than check in. We will stay again.

LOVED the Beach Peach! The house was clean & had plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom configuration spread among the three levels was perfect for our party which included 6 adults and one toddler. The use of the golf cart was immeasurable & allowed us to travel back/forth from the beach easily. We did still take a car down to the beach daily with all our gear but that was partially because it was the 4th of July & the beach was very crowded. The only improvement I would make is to have more commonly used things in the kitchen like popular spices, containers to hold leftover food, and/or baggies or plastic wrap. We did find some foil so used that to get creative with our leftovers. Life in Paradise was stellar to work with; great communications! We will be back!

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. Having use of a golf cart made it easy and fast to get to the beach. We also had fun at the pool. The only draw back was the people down the street left fish in their garbage which smelled awful!!!

This house is beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. All the beds are comfortable. The screened in patio is the perfect place to sit and have coffee in the morning or have a cocktail in the afternoon and watch the sunset. Easy golf cart ride or walk to the beach. Can't wait to go back!!

We loved this house as the owners had a prepared to enjoy the beach. Renting a golf cart was a big plus but the easy up and chairs had us set to enjoy family on the beach.

This is our second stay at the Beach Peach and we loved it! Being able to access beach by walking or golf cart is awesome, and a beautiful sunset in the evening on the back screened in patio was perfect! This is turning into our second home. ❤️

Beach Peach was a dream! The house is beautiful, updated and decorated so well! We loved looking at all the adorable decor and pics/maps of Port A, birds and fish types! It was really relaxing that it was so nice. We had tons of room to spread out with the three floors of bedrooms and tons of extras included that helped make the trip fun and easy! The decks (one screened) were awesome with great patio furniture and the TVs/streaming was great after being worn out from the beach and sun. Comfy beds and furniture! Such a safe and super nice neighborhood! The golf cart included in the rental is a must and was SO amazing to have. The walk would have been long with beach things, so the golf cart was a huge help and so fun to cruise along the beach! The community pool was clean, perfect, beautiful and just a few houses away from Beach Peach that it was super handy! The pond was beautiful out back to watch all the different types of birds. The house was set back on a cul-de-sac and pretty private. Well manicured and nice houses all in Mustang Royale and Royal Sands, which is right next to Mustang Royale. Great location to get out of town and has great beach spots right off the boardwalk. It was a such a fun and nice house, Life in Paradise was wonderful to work with and we will be staying next year again! LOVED IT!!

This house has everything you could ask for and more. It is well-appointed, stylish, and full of all the items you could need on a vacation. Don't bring anything until you check first!! Loved the stay and will be back. Life in Paradise is super responsive and easy to deal with.
