Location, location, location!!
The Mayan Princess is right in the middle of Mustang Island, with Port Aransas a ten-minute drive to the North and North Padre Island just minutes to the South. Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away. Exquisite and Elegant all wrapped into one at this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level condo. Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Travertine flooring throughout. Downstairs offers a spacious open living, dining & kitchen with half bath and stackable washer & dryer. Upstairs is a grand, master bedroom with it's own balcony, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a guest bedroom & bath. Beautiful tiled walk-in showers in both bathrooms.

This two-bedroom condo is located on the third & fourth floor with split level living, overlooking one of the two pools and gulf view. The full kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6. The open living room has ample seating which includes a sleeper sofa and sits by the back glass door which opens to the balcony. The upstairs Master Bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second upstairs bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom and a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms also have TV's and a chest for your beach attire. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly into a hall closet downstairs. Relax and enjoy our coffee and the ocean breeze sitting on the balcony. This unit will comfortably sleep 6 adults.

Amenities include: Public Elevator to each floor outside of unit, TV, Free wireless internet, access to communal BBQ pits and picnic areas near the pool, washer and dryer in each unit, a boardwalk to the beach, 2 large pools, 1 is heated during the winter months, 1 kiddie pool,1 hot tub for those 16 yrs and older, ***sports equipment available for free in the front office***

We had such an amazing time here. The room was so clean, stocked and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Not to mention the incredible view. The town of Port Aransas was a dream. The locals were so sweet to us! Plus the food was great everywhere we went. The gaff was a sweet bar and Troutstreet had the best view of the Marina.We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Great Stay for 3 months

We appreciated the help last year finding us a place. Fortunately we had no problems during our stay. Everything went well until our checkout and February had a extra day. Kathy or Katie told us we had to leave on the 28th and we thought we could stay through the 29th. Kathy was nice enough with her bosses help to get it fixed. Other then that all was perfect.

Property and unit were fabulous. Extremely clean and comfortable and just felt like home. The unit had soo much extra beach chairs and beach toys then I had expected , it was great.Only thing I could suggest would be to adjust the water pressure for the shower heads. Water pressure was extremely low and forced us to take longer showers. My family and I would definitely come back

This condo is gorgeous! The furniture is top of the line and so very comfortable and luxurious. The Gulf front views and bay views are spectacular. There are too many amenities are too numerous to list in a short review. Every detail was thought of and well planned for anything you may need. The kitchen was well stocked and there are even games, beach toys, chairs, etc that were so nice to have on hand. We beds, bedding, sofas, chairs, and all the furniture is so very comfortable - unlike most condos you find elsewhere. We can truly relax and enjoy staying at this very lovely home. We will be back and highly recommend it!

My son was in from college and we rented to get away and get some beach time for a couple day days. Great location, nice accommodations. Had no hot water and took some time to get resolved, then was only warm. Suggest looking into again. The master bed was quite uncomfortable. Is a memory foam crevice. Suggest replacing, as otherwise was a very well accommodated and comfortable place to stay. We could not connect to our Netflix account either.

We very much enjoyed our stay in MP318 this past week.
The location of the condo at the end of the building was quiet. the decor was appealing, especially the interesting art work. the evenings on the balconies was beautiful and relaxing. We'll be back. Aside from the condo, we have frequented the Mayan Princess often over the past 3 decades and love its location and facility.

The condo was amazing as was the location. There isn’t a bad room in the place. Especially 318. What a view!!! 318 was so clean and very well decorated. We were only a couple of minutes from the beach...literally. The pools were clean, clear and well kept. We WILL be back!!!
