The owner has security cameras above the carport to monitor the parking area, in the courtyard to monitor the door leading from the courtyard to the pool area & on the back of the unit to monitor the area to the HVAC, electrical panel & water. Camera feeds are viewed if an issue arises.)

Priva-Sea is a hidden gem on Mustang Island. Enjoy your private courtyard with outdoor seating and charcoal grill, perfect for family gatherings, a designer community pool just steps away and a boardwalk in the back of the neighborhood to the beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath upscale condo is well-appointed with coastal décor, tile flooring and conveniently all on one level. The living room consists of a fireplace, plush couch, recliner and chaise lounge ideal for relaxing while watching your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Show off your culinary skills in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor the freshly made meals at the dining table with seating for six and additional seating for three at the island. Take advantage of the coffee bar provided with a Keurig and regular coffee maker and sip your cup out back on the private patio. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, chest, fireplace, wall-mounted TV and a bench at the foot of the bed. The unique en-suite bathroom has a vanity, tile shower with bench and access to the courtyard through a sliding glass door. There is also entry to this bathroom from the kitchen. On the other side of the house are the two guest rooms (BR2) & (BR3) with Queen beds, closet and share a pass-through bathroom with vanity and tub/shower with views of the back patio and yard. The full-size washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway that leads to the guest rooms. This is a quiet little community to enjoy the tranquil beach and Gulf breeze. Great accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen - had everything we needed for the meals that we were cooking. WiFi worked great - smart TV made it easy for the day that we were stuck inside during the rain. Location near beach was great - easy to walk to boardwalk for morning walks and Beach Access 2 for loading up the Jeep with tent, etc. Hand towel and toilet paper towel hardware in master was very loose so needs to be repaired. Had a leak in the master bedroom above the TV when it rained but the maintenance crew responded quickly. We would stay here again!

Was just as pictured. Beds are very comfy, everything was very clean. Lots of utensils and everything you'll need in the kitchen, (except coffee). Loved the courtyard privacy. The pool was very relaxing as well. Nice and quiet here.We will be back!!

What a great gem of a place. Don't let the number fool you on the unit. This is its own building. Having the private courtyard with the table and lights for a nice dinner outside was great. Having the pool right next door is also awesome. Overall great stay. If I had to make one comment it's just that there's absolutely nothing in the house in terms of condiments or the little extras that then you have to go buy.

The condo had very comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the short walk to the beach everyday. There were no stairs to climb and the private courtyard was perfect for the family to gather and reconnect. We did not want to leave.

A 3 bedroom cabana with a pool and in a small complex. No elevators, no stairs. Just off the beach. Like new interior. The best part for me was the seclusion. Away from the tourist hive. Easily sleeps 8 and another cabana or 2 and it can be the perfect reunion getaway.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The beds were very comfy and all bedrooms had TVs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for the large group. The beach walk was nice and the pool was close by. We would definitely return to this house.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids in a very comfortable atmosphere. We love it that it's pet friendly and cant wait to go again. The owners put a lot into the decor and comfort of the condo and made it such a warm and tropical paradise.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. It had a few things that I wish we had known about before arrival . The glass door is hard to open when you first get there. It is not locked; just pull hard. The TV is controlled by a Roku stick (no cable). The a/c had a hard time keeping the house cool. There are oven safe dishes in the oven. Make sure you empty out the oven before you preheat the oven. There are no electrical plugs in the bathroom. The tap water taste dirty, but the refrigerator water is filtered. The water flow in the refrigerator is slow, but the taste is fine. There is a Keurig, but no K cups. The house is very comfortable to be in. My favorite part of the house is the master shower. Loved everything about the shower. The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach, or you can drive to the beach. The number 2 beach entrance is 3 miles away, and the Mustang Island boardwalk area is number 67.

A Great Getaway from the hustle & bustle of every day life! Private courtyard, short walk to the beach, internet & just about everything you could ask for. My pet could go in & out through the pet door & with the private courtyard, I didn't have to worry about him running off. Kitchen had all the utensils & dishes that I needed. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that we were centrally located between Port Aransas & N Padre Island, it gave a lot of options for restaurants, sites of interest & shopping.

We were invited here and really enjoyed the house. The layout allows for privacy. The courtyard is awesome, just step out of one of the 3 exits and no one is around. It is really extra nice since we have a dog and it allowed us to just let her outside off leash into the yard. The big deck is nice for relaxing outdoors. If you want to be really close to the beach where you can get there via a walk over and you like privacy, this is a great choice. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked, so you can easily prepare meals a big plus to have this option!
