Welcome to MG103, a stunning condo located in the prestigious Mango Cay Resort, just two blocks from the pristine beach along 11th Street. This beautifully decorated three-level retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends alike.
As you enter the third floor, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open concept floor plan. The spacious living area, complete with a cozy sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a large TV, is perfect for relaxing movie nights or entertaining guests. Adjacent to the living space, the dining area comfortably seats six, complemented by a charming coffee bar for your morning brew.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a generous kitchen island with seating for four—perfect for casual meals or gatherings with friends. Step out onto the balcony, where a spiral staircase leads to a crow's nest offering breathtaking views of the Gulf, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
On this level, you'll also find a cozy bedroom and a beautifully appointed bathroom, providing a convenient retreat for guests. Ascending to the second level, you will discover three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. A washer and dryer on this floor add to the convenience of this thoughtfully designed home.
The first level features covered parking for up to four vehicles, along with a yard area adorned with astroturf, perfect for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the coastal breeze.
Guests of Mango Cay Resort can take advantage of fantastic shared amenities, including pickleball courts and a heated pool, all within walking distance to the beach and local attractions. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Mango Cay. It was centrally located. A quick little golf cart ride to the beach or grocery store. The views from the roof top were amazing. The house is soo beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfy. The pool was perfect to dip in after a long day at the beach. We can’t wait to come back again!
