As you enter the first level, you can choose the elevator or stairways to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home or access the full size garage to your left with a competition size ping pong table and seating for onlookers.  If you continue through the garage to the air-conditioned beverage center, you enter a spacious screened-in porch complete with seating and tables for conversation and relaxation, watching the kids in the pool, or supervising the grill master using the gas grill -- perfect for entertaining or enjoying a relaxing evening. A convenient air-conditioned half bath and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water enhance this level's functionality. Step outside to your privately fenced back yard oasis featuring a heated pool, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a dazzling fire pit with seating.
