This beautifully decorated multi-level condo is located at The Meridian on 11th Street. This is a great place to stay for a vacation with family or friends. You can visit and hang out together on the second floor and have privacy with the split bedrooms on the first and third floors. The ground floor consists of a private master suite (BR1) with a king-size bed, wall mount TV and nightstands. The en suite bathroom has a granite double vanity and a combination tile tub/shower unit. 
A stairway leads up to the second floor to the living room, dining and kitchen area. This open layout allows guests and family members to interact while cooking, eating and watching TV and never miss out on the conversation or fun. Relax on the comfy seating in the living area with a large sectional that converts to a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV accent chairs, a sitting area for curling up and reading, cable and Wi-Fi. Enjoy your morning coffee in the ocean breeze from the balcony with outdoor seating. There is seating for six at the dining table with additional stools for four at the bar. The upscale kitchen has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, spacious granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to complement your culinary skills. The laundry room is off of the kitchen with a washer, dryer, shelving for cleaning supplies and an area for hanging clothes. There is also a half bath conveniently located off of the living area. 
Venture up the stairwell to the third floor which consists of two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 (BR2) has a queen-size bed, nightstands, bench at the foot of the bed, wall-mounted tv,  closet for your beach attire, private door leading to a balcony where the views from the upper level are simply beautiful. and access to the shared bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 (BR3) has two double beds,  a wall-mounted tv, a closet and access to the shared bathroom. The shared guest bathroom has a double granite vanity separated from the tub with tile trim and floors.

i would 5 stars, but we had some incoveninients1. AC broke down 2 times during stay2. pool was dirty when we arrived, and the next day was closed all day because they were cleaning3. TV in living room was not working the last 2 days.

We loved staying here. Everything was great with an exception to a vape and a cup of skittles that was found by my kids when we arrived. Not a big issue at all but we did have to make sure our kids understood what they found. It was clean, smelt great and was perfect for our vacation. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. This was so easy, and fun. We travelled with our twins and our teenagers. The layout was great, enough room for everyone to spread out. We did run into one issue, but it was remedied very quickly. Mary came to our unit as well, and was great. She was extremely personable and just a joy. She even lent me broom to sweep up sand. We will definitely book with y'all again. Great experience all around. The pool was very quiet, private, and not crowded at all. This is a very family friendly location with a short walk to the beach!

Comfortable and spacious

Had a wonderful long weekend away with four adults and three kids. The condo was very spacious for our large group and well equipped in the kitchen. There were only a few trash bags but a sponge, dish soap, and dishwashing tabs. There were plenty of pots, pans, and tons of kids dinnerware. The ice machine on the fridge worked and was wonderful! We had a few hiccups of a broken bedroom door knob and a sticky substance on the garage floor but maintenance came out later that night. Parking was the BIGGEST headache, everyone was checking around the same time and the shared driveway is VERY narrow. You must also not have your car over the "red line" (our neighbors got a $100 ticket because the cops showed up during this time). Once we unladed and moved the cars around a little we were able to get a jeep Cherokee in the garage and a pick-up truck in the driveway but couldn't shut the garage door. Many people had a golf cart which would have been handy as the beach is a 10 minute adult walk and about 25 min with kids. The pool was awesome, not very crowded and clean. Don't forget to get a beach parking permit if you plan to drive to the beach. We had a great time and loved the condo.
