This Cute 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Sleeps 6. (BR1-Queen; BR2-Queen); Sleeper Sofa; Conveniently located close to town and is 1/2 Mile to the Beach. This Townhome is economically priced with open floor plan and a large patio that overlooks the shared pool. The garage is big enough for your boat and has parking for 2 cars. It can be rented with 221B Las Palmas for a bigger group. (Small Pets Considered) No parking on the road.

Las Palmas condo is 2 story with the garage on the ground floor and all living upstairs above. The open floor plan has plenty of seating in the living room with TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the adjacent bar. The kitchen has all of the appliances needed to meet your cooking needs. The laundry closet is tucked away in the hall with a washer and dryer and shelves for your detergents. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, chest and closet for your beach and fishing attire, TV and en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combination unit. Enjoy the view of the shared pool off of the back balcony which has outdoor seating. There is also a picnic on the bottom covered level underneath. Bring your boat and the family and come enjoy Port A.

Great condo in the middle of the island. Walking distance to souvenir shop, liquor store,And grocery store. The condo is newly renovated and is very comfortable.

Such a great spot to stay. Owners did a great job at providing items to get us off to the right start. Location is great. Pool area is beautiful. Absolutely loved the patio for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It looked as though it had been remodeled in the last 18 months post-Harvey. The location in central Port Aransas is convenient for groceries, shopping, and food; I walked most places. The beach is several blocks away — too far to walk, but with a permit available for purchase at the grocery store right by the condo, you can park right on the beach.

One son lives out of town and it was good to get away just us my sons and their girlfriends and me (mom). We had a blast and thank you for a clean roomie place. It had everything we needed and we hope to come back next year for another stay . Would recommend this place to others . Thanks A Bunch ��

The people in the office were very helpful and the condo was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the part that we really enjoyed was the garage! We were able to park our golf cart in there, leave our beach chairs and ice chests in there. This was super convenient!

Rental is a far walk to the beach. However, other than that it is in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It is a couple minute walk from the only grocery store in the area. Back yard scenery is nice. The inside was fairly basic but was plenty for the 5 of us.

The property was clean and had plenty of room. More important, it was dog friendly! The grounds were also clean and safe for our dogs. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The proximity of the property was close to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. I definitely recommend this as your choice of stay while visiting Port A. I know we will during future visits!

Had a great time at Las Palmas 221a- July 2016

We had a great time in Port A and the Las Palmas was conveniently located near stores and shops of all kinds. The condo was well suited for our trip and party of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 small fur babies. We booked 221b that had the king in master and 2 twins in second room which would have suited us better but we were asked to switch to the other side ,221a, which had a queen bed in each room. Our 7 year old was fine on the fold out couch bed. I, myself, would have really preferred the king. The beds were comfortable and the linens were sufficient for us. Would have liked a television in the second bedroom but not a deal breaker. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we could have clean towels for the beach and pool. The pool area was nice. All appliances were in working order so no problems there. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy a lot that the area has to offer, fishing, beach, aquarium and of course the delicious food. We will be back and we WILL consider staying at the Las Palmas in the future. The management was very helpful and kind.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again. They were a couple of things that could be improved, one is the wi-fi, it did not work well at all, and we you have kids that is a necessity. Second the outlet plugs were very loose and did not hold the plugs very well. But it was a super nice place to stay with a great pool and wonderful view.

221A Las Palmas Condo

Otherwise known as 221A East Avenue, this place was great for my family. The pool was awesome, my 2 youngest children (9 and 11) were constantly asking to go to the pool and the great thing was we could monitor them from the balcony.

The location was excellent, the grocery store was a block away and the main part of the town was also very close. We went to the shop with the giant shark out front almost daily to get things like snorkel gear, buckets and shovels to make sand castles, flip flops....etc.

Check in was really easy, took less than 4 minutes to get the keys and go.

The beach was a short drive and on one occasion my oldest child and his friend just walked to it without issue.

The condo was well stocked with pots,pans,dishes etc. It was clean and nice, we liked the colors that were used (yellow). There was a garage down below that had a refrigerator in it....nice for dad.

The tv in the living room was nice, the one in the bedroom was a little older but hey, what should you expect in a bedroom. One bedroom had no tv, so we gave that one to the kids and it worked out fine.

There was wi-fi but no internet connection. When you login from your computer it comes up with a screen showing that the bill had not been paid. So, if internet is important to you I would call ahead to make sure that it is actually turned on. For us it was actually good to be disconnected, I was able to use my phone to check my stocks and that was all that I really needed to do on the internet anyway.

I liked the way that they had a picnic table down below the deck and a bar-b-que grill that we used on several occasions.

All in all, we were extremely pleased with this rental and I would highly recommend it for a great get-away to just relax and be close to everything that Port-A has to offer.

This complex is very well maintained and attractive. Wonderful pool area. The condo was clean and well-appointed, we had everything we needed. Denise was a pleasure to work with. Only disappointment was the beds (a bit soft) and bedding, but I will be returning.
