One of the home's standout features is the private downstairs mini apartment, which has it's own separate entrance, offering extra space and privacy for extended families or multiple groups. Complete with its own bedroom, bathroom, comfortable living area, and kitchenette, it's perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who appreciates a little extra room to unwind.

  • WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Golf Cart Included (6-Seater Golf Cart Included - Subject to a $10 Fuel Charge – Short Term Stay Only)
  • Private Heated Pool (The pool/hot tub can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.)
  • Fully equipped Kitchen (drip coffee maker, Please bring coffee and filters)
  • Beach Towels not provided.
  • Washer/Dryer (No laundry detergent provided)
  • Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
  • Gas and charcoal grill. Charcoal not provided. 
  • Pets Allowed ($95 Pet fee per pet, limit 2)
  • Beach Gear Included (With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours before your arrival)
  • Parking for 4 vehicles (Boats & Trailers allowed in driveway only, No street parking)
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
  • Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. This house on island retreat is awesome! All the king size beds are great for our family. The kids love the pool! The house is well stocked with all the supplies you could possibly need. Our only issue was with the golf cart. All the seat belts were rusted and didn’t work. We called with our concerns as we had children that we wanted seat belted in. I have to give a shout out to Life in Paradise. The golf cart service department met us out on the beach and replaced all the seat belts! Thanks life in paradise for a very enjoyable and safe weekend!!

Perfect home for a large family. We had up to 12 adults. Plenty of space the downstairs 1 BR is completely private, which was nice. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and beach. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need. Nice size pool. Housekeeping missed a few things (dirty/ stained bedding)that we washed right away. A/c had a hard time keeping up first day, called Life in Paradise and they came right out. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic house. The downstairs kitchen and bathroom made our evenings in the pool so easy! We would prep dinner in the downstairs kitchen, grill the food and then eat at the gorgeous table outside. Great house, especially if your traveling with family!

This house was great for me and a few college buddies to catch up! We really didn't need as much space as it provided, but it's hard to pass up a king bed each (3 of us) and a private pool that we paid to have heated. Life is good

This house was awesome! My wife is a clean freak and this was the first time we got to just relax and enjoy instead of cleaning the condo when we got there. This was our first time staying with Life in Paradise and I'm super glad my father in law recommended them. Good response time and friendly people!

I was so sad to hear this house was no longer with the company we usually go through, but when I found it with Life in Paradise I took a chance and it paid off! It was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Will be booking again!
