Short walk to the beach through Island Retreats Resort Private boardwalk from this second-floor condo. Great unit for a family. Beautifully renovated complete with new flat-screen TVs and appliances. TVs located in Living Room and Bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for family and friends. Great views from an outside private sitting area overlooking the common area and shared pool. You can just relax on the balcony after a day at the beach or walk down to the large pool. The unit is equipped with WiFi. Laundry facilities are just steps away on the premises and are open during the day and closed at night.

Very nice condo!

Overall

We love Island Retreat, this was our third time staying there (each time a different condo). We really enjoyed this one, it was clean and very close to one of the pools and boardwalk. We will be back next year!

Overall

Very clean and nicely updated! We ended up moving the bedroom table lamp out to the living room while there though because the other lamp’s bulb is too bright with the exposed bulb in the clear glass shade. That’s my only comment though, the place was cozy and comfortable otherwise. It’s nice to be able to walk back and forth to the beach so quickly. The pool is huge and just the right temp! It seemed like the best day to be in Port A was Wednesday because it was less crowded.

Well decorated and clean. My only complaint was the volume on the bedroom tv couldn’t be adjusted down. Other than that, fantastic location and nice pool. The buildings on outside look very 70’s. Inside is updated and very nice. Lifeguard on beach near access.

Easy times at Island Retreat

First time staying st this property and it was a blast. Despite the beds being very firm, the unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my group. It's location is ideal being 2nd floor and able to hear and see the Gulf from the covered outdoor patio. Check in/out was a breeze. I will definately consider this unit again for future visits.

Wonderful condo, nice and clean,only draw back was all small beds, need 1queen size would have been nice. Enjoyed the view from deck, loved the boardwalk to beach. We would love to comeback next january
