Check out this cozy, affordable efficiency room for four people in Port Aransas. Get beach access and the ocean views at a great price. This room is accessible on the first floor, but you won’t miss out on the Gulf with a private patio just across the lawn from the rolling dunes. Beautiful artwork brings the beach feeling inside. The shining kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has all the utensils and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. Leave your worries at home. Outside the kitchen, a round table seats two for an intimate meal or game of cards. There are two queen-sized beds with calming teal bedding. You can see the dunes or the wall-mounted TV from both. A love seat, coffee table, and two chairs with an end table give you room to spread out. Rearrange the light wicker and wood furniture to suit your needs. The cute full bathroom includes a tub for soaking after a day at the beach. A wood-paneled wall and round mirror keep the nautical feel. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, access to picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.

Great accommodations! The ac keeps up well and the room stays comfortable. There is a lot of space for being a studio and being on the first floor with kiddos, the patio is perfect. Only suggestion is if you plan to cook a big meal you may want to bring your own pot and or skillet. The selection is limited. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!

Everything was great! Nice and clean and convenient beach access. Just a couple of recommendations…The room did not have a cutting board nor coffee filters. Better curtains for privacy and to block the morning sun would be beneficial.

We had an excellent stay at this beach condo! Decorated so cute & the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will be back to Island Retreat 129!

AC doesn't get very cold! if I didn't bring my fan it would have been uncomfortable for us. Everything else was Amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING, unlike other rooms we've stayed in at the same Hotel. The View is nice as well and close to boardwalk.

Wife and I really needed time away. Island Retreat was perfect proximenty to beach and town. We were able to enjoy the beach, and then a quick drive to all the restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely staying at this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The entire staff we interacted with during our stay were helpful and courteous. And our unit was fantastic! Our favorite part was the short walking distance to the beach. We will most definitely be staying here again.

The room itself was very updated and super cute. New appliances and nice flooring. Ac stayed cold, and we had a small view of the ocean. Very close to the pool and boardwalk which made it super convenient for us with 2 small children. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be booking this same condo for our next year's family vacation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend trip at this 1st floor property that is close to the boardwalk right out the back door. Property management informed us when property was ready and other important messages through text. Had a great time and we will definitely return again!
