Come relax in this second floor beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with private balcony views of the Gulf. The sparkling kitchen has everything you need: appliances, dishes, and utensils. The beautiful glass back splash adds a touch of ocean colors to bring in the vacation feeling. Two can sit at stools at the bar counter. Just past the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6 for a leisurely meal or game of cards. Sit on the couch below the stunning watercolor painting of the dunes, or lounge in the two armchairs by the windows. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well. See that “life is better at the beach” from the private balcony with lounge chairs. From the balcony, you can see the ocean past the rolling dunes. Take in the salt breezes with your morning coffee. The bedrooms are separated from the living space with a door, so everyone can sleep when they want to. The master bedroom (BR1) has a king-sized bed with TV across from windows overlooking the dunes and Gulf. The attached bathroom has a separate shower and stool so everyone can get ready at once. Enjoy the sparkling bathroom with blue and green accents and a walk-in shower. There are two full-sized beds in the second bedroom (BR2) with a large window overlooking the pool and swaying palm trees. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed in beautiful coral-patterned bedding, TV and of course a large window! The second full bathroom has a beautiful blue bubbly back splash and a tub and shower to relax after a day in the waves and sand. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Condo was as advertised. Liked everything about it. Toilets were a little low for my 84 year old mother but otherwise all was good. Great communication via text and email. Will use your services again.

We really enjoyed our week at the Island Retreat condo. It was a perfect location near the boardwalk, dedicated golf cart parking in addition to our other vehicle, and a hose nearby for washing all the gear (and sandy feet) off every day! We thought the added bonus of a beach gear credit that allowed us to pick out what we wanted to use or need at the beach. The only downside was noisy upstairs neighbors, but clearly - that is only dependent on who is renting that space above you. The space was clean, the toiletries in bulk was a nice touch, and the view from the balcony for coffee at sunrise was excellent.

3 Star - annual family beach trip

This was our first time in unit 120 and I would likely rent it again. By way of reference, our extended family were in 12 different units this year (!) so I have the benefit of comparing all of our other units to each other. Easy things for the owner to improve for next year are: 1) a proper knife set; 2) a large cutting board; and 3) a pot for boiling pasta (there were only two small sauce pans). The big improvement that is needed is recessed lighting over the dining table - there is just your standard Home Depot light fixture/ceiling fan to cover the entire living room/dining table, so lighting isn't particularly good for game night. Bathrooms were nice, and towels were good!

The condo was very comfortable - the beds were great. The condo was not well equipped with kitchen supplies. Had we planned on cooking in the condo it may have been a struggle. The floors were not swept thoroughly prior to our arrival - I found crackers under a chair. The location was great with beach access just a short walk away. Overall, great place to stay. These are things that can be improved upon. I would stay here again.

120 was decorated really nice inside. Our family and friends really enjoyed ourselves. Beds were pretty comfy, had pretty much everything that you needed, very spacious. We have stayed at this resort 6 times now, first time in 120, would totally stay in it again. First time we used the pool too - it was nice as well. Five stars!!!

We had a rough start to our vacation after booking at a different resort. I won't get into the details but we would just like to say that Life In Paradise went above and beyond to take care of us and moved us to this beautiful unit. We will definitely book through Life In Paradise and will book this unit if we have a larger group. We had a transformational weekend that started out a little rough but ended beautifully. Thanks to all for a great time.

Overall positive experience. Our family had a wonderful time. Positives: - Loved the facilities (pools, grills, grounds in general) and the proximity to the beach. Fantastic! - Check in was easy and communication leading up to check in was excellent. Friendly greeters at the compound who helped us easily find our unit. - Condo was well furnished with essentials (towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) - The unit was quiet... we never heard our neighbors through the walls. - Nice, modern appliances which all worked well. (And-yay!-a Keurig machine!) Negatives: - It didn't feel very clean. - Walking barefoot in the condo left our feet dirty and needing an extra wash before bedtime. - The extra blanket in the closet had dried food on it. - These two things indicated the unit needed a deeper cleaning. (Perhaps it was because we were toward the end of the season.)

Great location and great Condo. Clean and roomy. Master bedroom is fabulous. Lots of clean towels and kitchen supplies. Knives could use a good sharpening.
Beds are super comfy. Rental management was very prompt and helpful. Met our needs and requests ASAP.
Great location to beach, pools, and all amenities. Close to town.
Balcony door could really use a screen.
We will be back!

The pictures did not do justice to this unit, very spacious and everyone had their own space at the end of the day. The only problem we had was trying to get one one the TV to work. The view of the full moon off the beach was amazing
