Welcome to Beauty and the Beach. This recently upgraded 2nd-floor condo, with elegant furnishings and coastal decor, offers an amazing view of the Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the comfortable balcony chairs while listening to the ocean waves. This beachfront condo is in a premier location, with easy access to the beach by way of two boardwalks, and also conveniently located to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and a golf course.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, along with everything to enjoy your stay including a frozen concoction maker for the perfect margaritas. The dining table accommodates eight comfortably so everyone has a seat at the table for dinner. After a day at the beach, relax on the comfortable overstuffed sofa, chair with ottoman and two additional matching armchairs while you enjoy the 55" smart TV and the ocean view. There is also a variety of board games for both kids and adults. The condo is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience to get you through your vacation.

Moving to the bedrooms, you'll notice that there are Gulf views from each. The bedrooms are separated from the living space with a door, so everyone can sleep without being disturbed by the guests who are not ready to call it a day. In the beautifully appointed master bedroom (BR1), a king bed with a new Purple® 3 mattress, a Roku TV, chest, closet and shelving with books awaits. The en-suite bathroom contains plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a queen bed with a new Serta mattress, Roku TV, closet, chest and large windows for enjoying the ocean view. Down the hall, the third bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with a full bed and a queen bed, both with new Serta mattresses, a smart TV, closet and chest. The second bathroom sits at the end of the hallway and offers plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower with a bench to freshen up after a day at the beach. Take advantage of all the shared, added amenities from grilling up the day's catch, cooling off in the shared pool to walking across the boardwalk to the beach. This condo was great for our 3-night stay. It had everything as described. Kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals. Comfortable beds. Great location. The resort's pools were both good as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My family has been visiting Island retreat for years but this was my parents and uncle's first time. They loved it!!!! To the point that they're planning their next trip! I'm very happy and can't wait to return

Wow! This is a beautiful condo, exquisitely appointed with soft comfortable furnishings! We very much enjoyed this spacious 3 bedroom condo and took advantage of the beach views and proximity to the pool and beach. This condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back! This condo is perfect for family getaways. We had such spacious accommodations in this condo and was able to sleep our family of 5 plus a friend. From morning coffee on the back porch, to a fun day on the beach that is within walking distance, to late evening in our pj's listening to the ocean and looking at the moon once again from the back porch. It is newly renovated and updated. The decor is bright and beachy! We just love Beauty and the Beach!

Beautiful place, gorgeous views, ridiculously easy beach access! Relaxing as heck, too. The couch, chairs in living area are to sink into... The beds - seriously comfy. Although I got up for gorgeous sunrises, the knockout blinds in the master are great should you want to sleep in. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had all we needed. hard to complain...
