Welcome to Beauty and the Beach. This recently upgraded 2nd-floor condo, with elegant furnishings and coastal décor, offers an amazing view of the Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the comfortable balcony chairs while listening to the ocean waves. This beachfront condo is in a premier location, with easy access to the beach by way of two boardwalks, and also conveniently located to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and a golf course.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, along with everything to enjoy your stay including a frozen concoction maker for the perfect margaritas.  The dining table accommodates eight comfortably so everyone has a seat at the table for dinner. After a day at the beach, relax on the comfortable overstuffed sofa, chair with ottoman and two additional matching armchairs while you enjoy the 55" smart TV and the ocean view. There is also a variety of board games for both kids and adults. The condo is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience to get you through your vacation. 

Moving to the bedrooms, you'll notice that there are Gulf views from each. The bedrooms are separated from the living space with a door, so everyone can sleep without being disturbed by the guests who are not ready to call it a day.  In the beautifully appointed master bedroom (BR1), a king bed with a new Purple® 3 mattress, a Roku TV, chest, closet and shelving with books awaits. The ensuite bathroom contains plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a queen bed with a new Serta mattress, Roku TV, closet, chest and large windows for enjoying the ocean view. Down the hall, the third bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with a full bed and a queen bed, both with new Serta mattresses, a smart TV, closet and chest. The second bathroom sits at the end of the hallway and offers plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower with a bench to freshen up after a day at the beach. Take advantage of all the shared, added amenities from grilling up the day's catch, cooling off in the shared pool to walking across the boardwalk to the beach. We had an excellent stay at the Island Retreat unit 104. Plenty of room for 6 adults, easy walk to the beach, clean. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they drove over with a new one! Excellent service.If I could change one thing, it would be to have more tall chair for the deck. :) We will be back next year.

We loved this unit. From the interior to the view of the ocean, we loved Beauty and The Beach. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. It was a very relaxing vacation and Beauty and The Beach was the main reason why. It had everything we could ask from a rental unit. Including games! There are 2 pools on site and we enjoyed them both. Side note: If we had to choose, we would go with the pool next to the tennis/pickleball/basketball court. It had less people. We even had the pool to ourselves a couple of times.

We loved our stay at Beauty and the Beach. We had a fantastic time. Perfect location. The condo was very nice. The only thing we were missing was a full length mirror. Women like to see their outfits head to toe. We would definitely like to book Beauty and the Beach again in the future.

It was great to be back at Beauty & The Beach! As Winter Texans we stayed in this unit several years ago, but due to Harvey had been unable to return until this winter. We tried other units around town but none were as perfect of a fit. The location is great and the amenities are superb! We stayed for two months, loved it, and have re-booked for next winter. That's the highest compliment we can give.

As Winter Texans we stayed for two months (Jan/Feb) in IR104 prior to Harvey. This was the first year we were able to return. Very nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Location is great! We have already booked it for Jan/Feb 2024. That's the highest recommendation we can give.

This condo was great for our 3-night stay. It had everything as described. Kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals. Comfortable beds. Great location. The resort's pools were both good as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My family has been visiting Island retreat for years but this was my parents and uncle's first time. They loved it!!!! To the point that they're planning their next trip! I'm very happy and can't wait to return

I spent four days here with 7 other girlfriends. This place is absolutely beautiful, has everything you need for a wonderful beach escape. I loved all the chairs on the back deck facing the ocean and the fact that you can walk to the beach is ideal! The decor is so lovely!! I look forward to coming back for either a family vacation or another girl’s getaway!!

This condo is perfect for family getaways. We had such spacious accommodations in this condo and was able to sleep our family of 5 plus a friend. From morning coffee on the back porch, to a fun day on the beach that is within walking distance, to late evening in our pj's listening to the ocean and looking at the moon once again from the back porch. It is newly renovated and updated. The decor is bright and beachy! We just love Beauty and the Beach!

Beautiful place, gorgeous views, ridiculously easy beach access! Relaxing as heck, too. The couch, chairs in living area are to sink into... The beds - seriously comfy. Although I got up for gorgeous sunrises, the knockout blinds in the master are great should you want to sleep in. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had all we needed. hard to complain...

This condo is 1st class! All furnishings, light fixtures and flooring are new. Great designer features! Access to beach is a short walk across the dunes. You will not be disappointed with this rental!
