Plan your stay at Casa De Suenos, an updated, upscale four-bedroom home with a separate apartment that caters to all vacationers by being near the beach, having a private pool and just a short ride to restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Never miss out on a conversation with the spacious open, second-floor living/dining/kitchen concept with colorful coastal decor throughout. Watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi from the couch, recliner, or chair, made for relaxing. The kitchen is sure to please all cooks with granite countertops, up-to-date appliances and a pantry, furnished with dishes, basic pots, pans, utensils a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six, there is also additional seating for four at the bar. Kids will love sleeping in the bunk room (BR1) with a set of Twin bunks beds, a Full bed, closet and wall-mounted TV. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. For your convenience, the laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer, mini-fridge and counter space for folding. The guest room (BR2) consists of a King bed, nightstands, a closet and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom has a granite vanity and tile shower with a bench. The master bedroom (BR3) contains a King bed, closet and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double granite vanity and a large walk-in pebble tile shower with a bench.

Enjoy views of the Gulf, ocean breezes and your morning coffee from the front balcony. Cool off in the private pool in the backyard oasis, soak up the sun on a lounger beside the pool or sit under the shaded area while eating the day's catch cooked on the gas grill.

The separate downstairs apartment makes for extra accommodations and/or privacy with two side entries. It offers a living area/dining, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Unwind on the couch or recliner. The bedroom (BR4) has a King size bed, nightstand, closet and wall-mounted TV. The full-size bath has a tile walk-in shower.

We had a fabulous stay at Casa De Suenos! The house was ready to go, well equipped and very clean! I loved cooking in the big kitchen. Having the swimming pool was a big surprize that we loved. Being very close to the beach was nice too. The beach was fantastic! Yesterday we saw a huge kite display at the beach.All in all best time ever!!

We stayed at Casa De Suenos for 4 days in June. Enjoyed it immensely! My husband and I stayed in the small unit downstairs and let the kids and grandkids stay in the upstairs house. Worked our perfectly. The pool was great. The golfcart really was the crowning touch. Close to the beach, just a short cart ride to the shops and jetties. The house was clean. Texted to advise Life in Paradise of slight damage in the bathroom and they responded immediately asking if they needed to come repair it. I was impressed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

Perfect for Multiple Couples!

This house is perfect for a multi-family, mostly adult getaway. The typical rental home has a master with a big bed and nice bathroom and then several other bedrooms with smaller or weird bed configurations designed to sleep as many people as possible and standard guest/kid bathrooms. When multiple couples are sharing the house and dividing the cost equally, who gets the good room? It shouldn’t be a big deal, but it can be a little awkward to navigate. That is NOT an issue at this house. There are three rooms with king beds and each of those rooms has a very nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower — a totally equitable scenario for three couples. There’s also a fourth bedroom with a bunch of beds in it and a standard guest bath across the hall. We have been visiting Port A once or twice a year for 10 years — we love trying new houses and really like most of the ones we’ve used — and this is the best house we’ve come across for an all-adult stay. Additionally, the kitchen/living area is very open, there’s a big island with seating, and a large dining table, which are all requirements for us. The pool area with outdoor shower, the small backyard area with covered patio, the grill station, and the huge upstairs deck are all great. Also, part of the large driveway is covered, so you can back your truck up under that section and feel pretty secure about leaving all your beach stuff in the bed for the next day. We had a great time at this house and recommend it without hesitation. The management company reps we interacted with were fantastic as well -- friendly, helpful, and totally on the ball as far as communicating everything we needed to know about our stay.

Everything about this house was amazing. Great location, walking distance to beach and easily accessible to many restaurants. This property was clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful pool. You just need to show up and enjoy the beach life!
