Description

GU312 Twisted Palm:
4BD, 2.5BA, Sleeps 10, Private Heated Pool, Putting Green, 6-Passenger Golf Cart Included, Pet Friendly,
4th Of July & New Year's Fireworks View

Twisted Palm is a newly built 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Historic Old Town Port Aransas, sleeping 10. Spend the afternoon in the private heated pool, work on your short game on the putting green, then load up the 6-seat golf cart and head to the beach, restaurants and shops.

On the 4th of July and New Year's Eve, you'll watch the fireworks right from the house. No crowds, no parking, no hauling chairs.

Inside, the open living room, kitchen and dining area seats 9 for family meals. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and the second has a full-over-full bunk the kids will love. The driveway parks 6 vehicles with room for a boat, which makes it a natural fit for fishing trips and the Deep Sea Roundup.

Gas grill, washer and dryer, and fast WiFi. Winter Texans welcome for monthly stays. Traveling with a bigger group? Book it together with Whispering Palms, two blocks away.

THE GULF ST. COMPOUND (both houses together)

Two houses, two blocks apart, booked as one: 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, sleeps 20, two private heated pools, two golf carts, a putting green, room for a boat, and fireworks views from both houses on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve. Bring the dog too: pets are welcome at Whispering Palms. Built for family reunions, weddings and fishing groups.

We had such a great stay for our girls trip! The house was perfect for our group—plenty of space, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Port Aransas. The location was great and made it really easy to get around to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do.

We especially loved having the pool and being able to just hang out at the house between going out. It was the perfect setup for a girls weekend, and we all had such a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled your girls trip was such a success and that the home gave everyone plenty of space, comfort, and everything you needed for a fun Port A weekend. Lounging by the pool between trips to local restaurants and shops sounds like the perfect balance of relaxing and exploring. We'd love to host your crew again for your next getaway!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We did need some minor maintenance repairs and they we there the next morning to take care of it (New Year Day) which I didn't expect being a holiday. Also there were a couple missing items from the pictures we had seen of the unit and they quickly resolved that as well. If only the weather would have cooperated for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Twisted Palm! The house was stunning and perfect for the size of our group. I wish we could have stayed for longer. There were a few things our group wanted to offer some feedback on. It's expected that the grill be cleaned after use, but there weren't any cleaning utensils to clean it with. We wish there would have been some cleaning spray or something like that provided by the house for us to keep it clean. The lock was very tricky. Yes, there are instructions on the door. It was still a hassle. The response times on the texting feature by the property management team was a little slow. And we would have liked some pool floats!! None of us has a pool.. so we would have had to buy a pool float just for this trip and that didn't make sense to any of us. It just would have been nice to have some of those provided. Other than those items, it was great. The location was perfect, having the golf cart included in the price of the house was cool, overall, we highly recommend the twisted palm! It was easily one of the most beautiful houses in the area.
