A beautifully decorated two-story townhome featuring an open concept living & dining area with a beautiful kitchen. There is a private, fenced backyard perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The best part, Feelin' Beachy is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach.
Feelin' Beachy offers two spacious floors for our guests to enjoy living the island life. The first floor offers an open living room, kitchen, and dining area perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is a well-lit, fenced area outside for relaxing after a day at the beach. You'll also find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom on this floor. The second floor has three separate bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twins, and one with a single/double bunk bed. Two full bathrooms, a den/TV room, and a laundry room complete the second floor. The den/TV room includes a single daybed with a trundle bed.  All bedrooms have cable TVs. The kitchen is stocked with all basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and flatware. Also, in the kitchen, there is a margarita machine, an air fryer, a Keurig coffee machine, and a regular drip coffee maker.
This complex has a shared community pool, which is heated during the winter months.
Feelin' Beachy offers parking for 2 vehicles in front of the townhome. There is additional parking along Gracie's Way, next to the townhome complex.

Overall this place is great. We chose this place because of its price during a peak time and the proximity to the beach. Home was clean and clutter free. Even with 11 guests this place did not feel crowded. The 3 restrooms came in handy when we were all trying to get ready. The heated pool was a plus since temps were cooler than expected. Our host was super kind and responsive pretty much immediately when we had questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thanks again for making us feel at home!

Great location close to the beach, gas stations and souvenir shop within a block. Also a cute pizzeria/equipment rental spot just across the street (pizza was delicious). The unit is right off the street so there was a lot of entertainment to watch from the patio & balcony. We went during Fourth of July holiday so there was a lot of traffic and excitement. Plenty of towels and washcloth's, also appreciated the pods for the many washes we made. Ran out of toilet paper so had to make a store run, but besides that everything else that we needed to cook with was there. Would recommend taking disposable cutting board. Overall we had a blast & the condo was a perfect place to stay fresh n take a dip in the pool when it got too hot at the beach. Host responded very quickly. Great location!

This spot was great. The family loved it and nobody was in anybody's way as there was plenty of room plus a pool and beach access to keep the kids occupied. Kitchen has all the basic equipment to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. Felt very relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend you being your family here as we definitely will be back

Whitney our host has a great and clean condo near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, Beach Mart and Stripes. The condo was equipped with all the necessities for a home. There were separate bedrooms for our adult children upstairs and we had the bedroom on the first floor. We enjoyed our cookout in the lighted backyard. We will be back next year.

Close to beach that you could walk to and across the location is golf cart rentals but make reservations ahead of time. Walking distance from gas station. This place can fit three small compact cars but additional parking on grass, street over. Basically it’s a grass field at the end of parking lot but like I said street over. Rates were reasonably priced.

This place was very accommodating for all the small kiddos we had with us. So many beds and TVs in every room! The walk was short and sweet to the beach. Cute little back yard for grilling was perfect! I loved that there wasn’t too many fancy breakable decor. I would say it’s kid proof! 10/10 recommend for families with littles.

We loved our stay at feeling beachy! This beach house has tons of very comfortable beds and enough restrooms for big groups. The house is squeaky clean and the owner is very patient and quick with all the sent messages with questions I had both before and during our stay. She truly goes above and beyond! The extra touches she offered were such an added value-she provides delicious keurig coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher detergent , laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soaps at all sinks and abundant bath towels! The walk to the beach is super short and easy-even with tinies in tow. The beach access from this short 5 minute walk showcases a very clean and not crowded beach. I also liked that there's a convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance for any needs that may arise. We look forward to booking this place again for its perfect location and amazing customer service.

Whitney's place is very clean and has a great setup for families and groups with a good number of rooms and bathrooms. We loved having the backyard area, the heated pool, and close access to the beach. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of linen in the bathrooms. We found the kitchen lacking if you want to cook/eat at home—for instance, no bowls, no baking dish, only 4 coffee cups (for a house that sleeps so many), 1 wine glass. We also found only one bottle of shampoo for the whole house. Our only other observation is the box spring in the bed we slept on needs to be replaced—every time we moved it woke us up because it was so loud. Overall, it worked out well for us and we enjoyed our stay!! It was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 8. We would have liked more amenities/essentials provided as most Airbnbs do provide at least bathroom essentials these days.

Location was perfect. Close to the beach, you can take a morning stroll on over and get some really beautiful pictures. Enough beds for the whole family. Each room had ceiling fans and tv's. The dining and living room area was big enough for a family of 12 to eat and hang out together. Pool is right around the corner and it's heated. This was such a lovely stay. The host met every expectation. Very easy to communicate with. If you are still looking, stop, because this is the one. We look forward to staying again.

This trip to Port A was amazing but what made it really great was the condo we stayed in. Very clean, safe, and close to everything we went there for. Golf cart rental across the street, store about a hundred yards away and the beach literally on the same street. We will be back next year and the next and the next.... Thank you for making this Christmas so special.

Best beach house ever. Weather it’s just a couple people to 12-14 people there is a place to sleep. We loved being able to cook for meals and save some money, but we loved eating out at the local places too. The house was very clean, had plenty of room for everyone, and had dishes and appliances for us to use. It has a fenced backyard, a garage, and the best was the heated pool. It’s minutes from the beach and local shopping. We have enjoyed our stay here.
