The Tejas Riviera has been recently remodeled, painted and decorated. This home is located in the Royal Sands neighborhood which has 2 shared swimming pools and a boardwalk to the beach. Tejas Riviera offers all of the comforts of home for a perfect beach vacation. Three bedrooms and two baths are on the ground floor, the heart of the home and a master suite sits on the second floor and a covered outdoor Eagle's Nest for taking in views of the Gulf is situated on a third level.
Kids will love the bunk room (BR1) situated on the bottom floor. There is space to stretch out and play, watch movies on the TV or sleep on one of the three Twin over Full bunk beds. Just around the corner is a hall bathroom complete with a vanity and shower with a sliding glass door. The next bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, TV and a door to the patio. The third bedroom (BR3) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closet, TV and a door to the patio. These two rooms share a hall bathroom which holds a vanity and a tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind double doors in the hall to use during your stay. The covered back patio provides a place to cook up the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Walk to the end of the back sidewalk and through the gate to cool off in the shared pool.
Venture up to the second floor for all to gather and entertain. The inviting living room is appointed with a leather couch, three matching armchairs, two rockers, and a TV. Prepare freshly cooked meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils and a "Magic Bullet Blender" for preparing those cold smoothies or mixed drinks, after a fun day at the beach. Dine at the table with seating for six and additional four stools at the breakfast bar. A half bath in the hallway serves all on this floor. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) which contains a King bed, nightstands, closet, dresser and a desk with a chair. The ensuite bathroom holds a double vanity and a shower. Take your morning coffee or cold beverage out to the second-floor balcony to unwind or walk up the steps to the third-level outdoor Eagle's Nest to take in a view of the Gulf and ocean breeze. We do allow small, well-behaved pets with prior authorization, our home is non-smoking, but you may step outside to smoke provided you take care of the butts and not discard them on the property. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding. Bring your binoculars!

We have been vacationing in Port Aransas for 20 years and this is the first time we have stayed in a beach house. Our kids loved that we were next to the pool and had easy access to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that there was no broom to sweep up with , we bought a very inexpensive on and left if there for the next family as sand is a problem no matter how hard you try to keep it out. All in all it was a great stay and have booked it already for next year.

I highly recommend Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals. Communication was easy and they always promptly responded to any questions and concerns. On line Rental and checkin was easy both by email and texting. I did have to wait on hold for a while when I made a late afternoon phone call on Friday, probably a very busy time of the week. But all questions were answered and concerns dealt with immediately. Texas Riviera did not disappoint. The house looked exactly like the pictures and the location was ideal. The neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to the beach. We hope to be back next year.

The Service at Life in Paradise was fast and friendly. They treat their customers with respect and quickly fix any needs we had. The house was clean and perfect for our party of 10 including the multi-access to the outside from the downstairs rooms. Close golf cart ride to the board walk leading to the beach. The community pool was right outside our backyard. The only complaint was we should have stayed longer thank 3 nights:)!!

Home is a great layout for multiple families, the kids dont get shortchanged on the bunk room, lots of space for the little guys and all their things. Home was clean and cool when we arrived. I dont quite get the glass blocks in the master bedroom? Way too bright, way too early! Get some covers on those at least for the summer

We had a great time, the house was perfect. It was spotless and well equipped for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms where great, everyone had there own area. The living space had lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for a large family or any large group.. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The house had lot of things we didn’t expect like soap, shampoo, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, movies, coffee filters, garbage bags, and a toaster. The only thing that we forgot and could not find was a lighter for the grill. Thank you for a great stay, we highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the cart being provided for the first 24 hours. Great access to the beach, and just an overall great stay for us. We had a big family trip planned this year and had to cancel because of the virus. We were happy that this house was available and it helped us have a great family trip.

We had a very large group and had to rent one other house. Both houses were great and we had a wonderful time. A couple of maintenance issues but they were taken care of. Life in Paradise staff were wonderful!

We rented to have a base to stay while we helped mother move back into her almost finished past Harvey townhouse. The location is great close to the pool, and a 1/3 mile walk to the beach. There were roaches, not surprising in the area, so we put the dry food in the oven. The dishwasher did a poor job of cleaning. The microwave would quit working after cooking 2 potatoes. After a long rest it would work again. The master bedroom mattress set sags badly. The sound bounces off of the walls in the living area like crazy, so curtains and some rugs would help. It would be super noisy with children. Since we were there to work and not for fun we stayed put.

My family had such a wonderful time at the Eagle’s Nest property. The property management company provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The walk to the beach was lovely and the neighborhood was so beautiful- we loved all the colorful houses and well maintained properties. We are already planning next year’s trip!

Great for the family, we had 8 adults and there was plenty of beds to choose from. Dishwasher never cleaned the dishes completely, but wasn't a major problem. We enjoyed the location of the house, was a short walk to the beach.

This is a great rental; awesome location, perfect amount of space for a few families with kids, and plenty of seating!!! We have rented homes that say they accommodate large numbers but then only have seating for 6-8. Eagles Nest was great for our quick weekend to Port A and this neighborhood looks like it was spared from most Harvey damage.
