Five Dove 176 is located in the very popular subdivision of Royal Sands. Right on the Gulf of Mexico, this location has it all: a boardwalk over the sand dunes directly to the beach, two shared pools for you to use, and one is across the street, with a shared hot tub. This beautifully decorated, newly built home also comes with a six-passenger golf cart (Short term stays only) for the length of your stay; wake up in the mornings, grab your coffee, and jump in the cart and drive over the boardwalk to the beach and watch that gorgeous Port A sunrise … You will not be disappointed …

The front porch is very inviting, spanning the length of the front of the house, with chairs to sit out on and enjoy the salty air.
Enter the front door and take the first left into a hallway; back to the left again and it is BA1) a full-size bath with a tub/shower combo and quartz countertops with a sink.
Out in the hallway to the right is BD1) complete with a full-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV.
Back down the hallway behind the charming barn door is the spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
Step out into the garage, and it has been transformed into a game room, with a pool table, dart board, and a few beach toys for your enjoyment. Back inside, the entryway opens up to vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, to bring in the ocean sunshine to the open concept of living, dining, and kitchen area.
The living area has a very comfortable couch, with a matching love seat, a coffee table, and a TV with Spectrum cable, and Wi-Fi.
The sizable dining table has seating for six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is delightfully decorated with colors of the ocean in the back splash, quartz countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare those fabulous meals for your family.
Out back is a huge back porch, with a porch swing, several chairs, and a charcoal grill. Back inside to the left is BD2) the master; it has a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and smart TV. The ensuite BA2) full bath has a lovely tiled walk-in shower, quartz countertops with dual sinks, and a closet.
Back to the living room and up the stairs to the left is BD3) This bedroom has a set of twin beds, a nightstand with lamp, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV.
Down the hall to the right is BA3) a full bath with a tub/shower combo, a quartz countertop with a sink.
At the end of the hallway is BD4) complete with a set of twin beds, nightstand with lamp, a small chest, a closet, and a smart TV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay. It was a great house to host ourFamily for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. The house is extremely Comfortable and has such a good layout. We loved having the use of a golf Cart. We jumped on the cart one morning to watch the sunrise on the beach. Priceless! The first floor living was perfect with dogs and elderly family as well. The marsh view is so calming with lots of ducks this time of year. We recommend this property as well as Life in Paradise management company! By far the best on our many stays in Port A. Enjoyed ringing in 2024 there as well!!

Loved this house! Beautiful and a great layout for 2 couples with children. Very comfortable staying here. Hope to go back next summer. Great responsiveness from the property manager.

We loved our time at this beach house. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable for our family. The extra beach gear in the garage was wonderful. I would 100% book again! Only thing that would be helpful would be a water hose outside to help spray the sand off all of the beach gear!

This is a great house. We were a group of 6 - two adults and four teens. The room arrangements were perfect. The kitchen is well appointed, and we were glad to have a washer/dryer. The kids fished in the pond out back and enjoyed catching a few small fish, and we used the beach gear from the garage. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed. It was uncomfortably firm for us. Great stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, great location, loved that main bedrooms & living on first floor. It was missing a few basic things, like blow dryer, basic kitchen cooking items - otherwise would be 5*. Management company great! We had an issue on golf cart and they promptly resolved. Great service!

We had a senior dog accompany us during our stay, and we gotta say that it was one of the most beautiful properties we have visited thus far.The addition of the golf cart was definitely a fun addition to the stay, and we loved how our dog got so excited every time we went out for a ride. The community pool was a great way for all of us in the family to get acquainted with the community that stayed there, and we enjoyed every second of it. Would recommend this place for anyone who is wanting to give their family a fun and exciting stay.

Booked this house as soon as I could for a quick vacation with the family. Had a great time grilling outside with the nice beach breeze and the wonderful views. The golf cart was so useful to get us around the beach without having to get our truck dirty and loved every second of our stay. The pool was so nice, we even got to make new friends while staying there. The greatest part, however, was the fact that we could bring our dog Moxxie to the property.Would definitely recommend this house to anyone that loves cozy homes by the beach.

Gotta say, this was a good choice for all of my friends to hang out at. Enough rooms for everyone. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the weather was perfect for our beach escape. The golf cart made everything more manageable since we couldn't get our vehicles on the beach unless we drove quite a ways. Cinnamon Shores had plenty to offer as well, so we were pleased with the pricing and the convenience this property provided. Would love to come again with my friends, and they all enjoyed their stay as well!

Gotta say... one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed with. It was just my wife and our grandkids that stayed over at this property, and we had lots of fun... the golf cart was in great condition, and we used it to mainly travel around the beach. Cinnamon Shores was nearby as well, so we took advantage of that and visited a couple of times haha. The house was so beautifully decorated, and my wife quickly fell in love with the way it was set up. Our grandkids had lots of fun spending time at the beach, and the beds were comfortable enough for them to not bother us at night so much....A beautiful family vacation to remember.
