Just a stone's throw from the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Salt & Lime is a newly built 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10. One of the refreshing community pools is right out your back door. This home brings meaning to the words luxury living with pristine landscaping and upscale appointments including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet-inspired kitchen, seating for 6 at the bar and quality tile floors. The large hardwood dining table has two benches for accommodating guests. An expansive great room is full of elegant décor and invites you to relax in style and comfort with a couch, love seat, 2 accent chairs, TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Off of the hallway is a half bath and the washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower. with a glass door. At the top of the stairs on the second floor are 2 sets of built-in twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway alcove with a wall-mounted TV. Guest bedroom (BR2) has a King bed and shares a hall bath with double vanities and a large tile shower. with a glass door. At the end of the hallway is a master bedroom (BR3) with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower with a glass door. Enjoy your morning coffee from the back balcony overlooking the pool area. Cook up the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Parking for four vehicles in the driveway. Easy access to the beach via the golf cart accessible boardwalk.

House was great as always. Looks a little worn since we began coming but still clean. Grill is not usable and rusty. Downstairs bed and pillows are amazing (would love to find out where to get the pillows, mattress pad and mattress!!) Other guests complained about the upstairs beds being uncomfortable and very squeaky. Overall we love the house, location, pool etc. Definitely love having the golf cart included!

Very nice house and the location is great! The neighborhood is very cute too. Two swimming pools and a hot tub are steps away from the back door which was awesome! The house has a very nice layout. It was very clean. Full baths for all three bedrooms. The beach is a very short drive over the boardwalk using the golf cart that came with the house, which was very convenient. When we arrived we had a couple of questions for the management company and they were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely use Life in Paradise for future rentals.We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Salt & Lime checked all the boxes. Plenty of room and great location. Could use a few more kitchen items- more dishes & some new pans. Some rugs would lessen the noise and brighten the place up. A personal touch with through pillows(per my wife) would be a great touch!

We've stayed at this home before...it is always so clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has added a second pool to the area right outside the back yard gate. Plenty of room to wind down in one of the pools after a day on the water or in the sand. House is uncluttered so we can spread out and relax. We'll be back!

Great house, great neighborhood, close enough to the beach as long as you have a golf cart to get around. Having the pools and hot tub out the back yard was wonderful considering the amount of wind while we visited. Seems to be a bit of a water pressure issue in a couple of the bathrooms - the showers had pressure like fire hoses while the sinks had little pressure. Very friendly and helpful people to work with. Would definitely rent with them again.

Everything about this home is great. Location and cleanliness A+++. As others have mentioned, there is a smell. Not sure what, but if you’re sensitive be aware. We didn’t notice it after the first day. Love the golf cart and beach access!

Great 5 day stay at Royal Sand. Excellent location with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and Port Aransas. House was clean and extremely comfortable for our party of 5 adults and 2 children. Highly recommend.

We've had experience with other beach rental agencies in other parts of the country and Life in Paradise was certainly different. A lot more hands-on with staff to coordinate for renters needs in a reasonable amount of time. That came in handy with our wondering if we had a problem with hot water as well a shower cleanliness that came into question.The property was also a big part of our choice in vacation. We needed a beautiful house with built in amenities to help us feel like we were really on a "get-a-way". The owners contemplated above and beyond in more ways from the built-in hallway bunks extending the options for sleep for all ages, to the hooks and faucet on the outdoor shower, the kitchen space and seating area on the first floor was ample and relaxing. The Silestone was also really great- we were ale to keep our surfaces clean and sanitized. Not having carpet was also a big attraction for us with our dogs. We knew the home could be sanitized easily and we could sweep and mop if needed easily.The only suggestion we have is more hooks and a few hangers. Each bedroom and bathroom could use a row of hooks for the clothes you are "going to wear again" or the swim-suit that needs to drip dry bit. Closets could have a few hangers or simple dressers with drawers. We organized our clothes on the shelves. We made it work but we ended up with more clothes piled on beds all day so not to mix with clean clothes. Also the hooks or at least one more towel bar would be good in the bathrooms. By the way, in one of the bathroom we accidentally pulled one double hook "off" its wall mounted bracket when hanging a child's fluffy, lightweight bathrobe, so we didn't touch the other hooks.All in all, we would definitely want to stay in Salt & Lime, or another property owned by this owner again. We also would start with Life in Paradise when looking to visit Port A again.Thank you!

We've stayed at this home before...will stay again! Love the proximity to the pool (essentially, in the backyard) and the boardwalk to the beach. Didn't have to get in my car all weekend! The house itself is relaxing and inviting, beachy, very clean, and uncluttered.

Mosquitoes were pretty thick in the back yard/courtyard, that could be expected anywhere though.

Much needed escape to the beach

After the disaster that 2020 has been we desperately needed a weekend away. However, due to Covid we wanted to find a place that was super clean. The Salt and Lime house fit the bill. It was more than roomy enough for the 7 of us + 2 dogs. Parents stayed downstairs and kids enjoyed the upstairs. The place was clean tidy all around. The pool is right outside and beach is about a 10-15 minute walk.
My only negative was that the backyard fence is not very secure. There are many gaps that a small dog can squeeze through. So we could not let our dogs loose.

The home was very well equipped and had almost everything we needed. I suggest the owner add a few things like luggage racks for the bedrooms, chairs for the upstairs patio, a hose for washing the patio off. Access to the pool was right out the back door which was awesome but it was dirty and we didn’t get to use it all week. I suggest during the summer the pool is maintained several times during the week. We would definely rent this property again if these things were corrected!! We loved the house!!❤️

Overall the house was clean, new and decorated nice. Our kids loved the bunkbeds upstairs. The house was very quiet inside, we never heard neighbors etc. The neighborhood was really cute and it was located only 8 minutes from main Port A conveniences. Our only suggestion to the rental agency was to provide more kitchen items like smaller glasses or plastic cups for kiddos. Also some material or a map of your location to the beach, restaurants nearby and attractions. Highly recommend the rental of a golf cart, it made it a lot easier to get to the beach etc.

This was the perfect home for my family of 7 and 2 medium dogs. We had such a fun time and the golf cart for the first 24hrs was a plus. The walk to the beach is not bad - about 5 min walk, but will definitely add the cart next time for the rest of the stay. The house is located in a cute neighborhood with its own boardwalk to the beach. The house was very clean and had all the pots/pans and dishes we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Overall, we loved this house and would come back here again!

We are a family of 11 who decided to spent the holiday at the beach. The home we stayed in was beautiful - clean, spacious, close to the beach. Everyone was helpful and attentive to any needs that we had. It was overall an amazing eperience. We will absolutely be back!
