Located in the sought-after neighborhood of Royal Sands, where they have a boardwalk cross over for direct beach access. Plus, with Shells Seaside you get a 6-passenger golf cart for your entire stay.
As you enter the home, it’s straight into the living area, with two comfy loveseats, 2 side chairs, coffee table, end table, lamp, TV w/ Spectrum cable and WIFI.
The dining, kitchen is an open concept area. The dining area has a nice large table with seating for 6 with 3 barstools at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, all utensils you need to prepare great meals for your friends and family and for the coffee lovers, it has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. There is also a back door here that leads to the carport area and the back yard area.
Across the walkway from the kitchen is a half bath and beside that is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
A master bedroom BD1) is straight ahead, in the back of the house, complete with a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a side chair, smart TV, and WIFI. BA1) the ensuite full bath is nice and large, with a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower, separate marble sinks and a closet.
The back door here leads out to the back porch / patio area, here you will find a small semi fenced yard, a picnic style table, as well as another table with chairs, a new gas grill and the gate that leads directly to the community shared pool & hot tub. So Convenient…
Back inside up the stairs, at the top of the stairs is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds a twin over a full.
To the left is BD2) it has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds with a twin over twin, a table with a lamp, smart TV and WIFI. BA2) the ensuite full bath has a tub / shower combo and a marble sink countertop. On the other end of the hallway is BD3) complete with a king size bed, night stands, lamps, smart TV and WIFI. BA3) there is also a full ensuite bath here as well with a tub / shower combo and a marble countertop and sink. Great Beach Weekend!

Overall

We enjoyed our weekend beach stay. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house had comfortable beds and each couple had their own bathroom so no waiting to get ready in the morning! It was an extra bonus to have the golf cart to go back & forth to the beach. Also, a plus was the community pool right off the back porch. We did have to empty the dehumidifier about 7 or 8 times, so may need to check the drain line on it.

Overall

My family had a wonderful time at this awesome house. It is in a great location of a beautiful beach community. The house was clean, comfortable, and it came with a golf cart, which was so nice for hauling our stuff to the beach. We enjoyed spending time grilling on the back patio and swimming in the neighborhood pool, right behind the house. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back to this cute house!!

Great time here at this lovely little house. We enjoyed our time with the kids hanging out at the pool, and we definitely took advantage of the golf cart that came included with this stay. Great time all around, loved every second of it, and we would love to come back when the property is available again!

Great place for my wife and two kids... we were looking for some place to stay that would accommodate us nicely, and this house delivered every step of the way. We had lots of fun at the pool, it was very refreshing, especially during the hot days down here on the island. The house was very gorgeous on the inside, felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back later this summer.

Great little house within a community, we loved our stay here! The bunk beds were so much fun for our kids, they really loved it. They felt like they were in summer camp! The community pool was a great way for them to make friends with other kids that were coming down here, and we enjoyed everything about this place. They especially had a lot of fun with the golf cart, it was their first time ever being driven in one of them!! Enjoyed our stay, and we can't wait to come back!!
