If you love to be close to all the activities and places Port Aransas has to offer, this is exactly where you will find Wonder Why We Ever Go Home vacation rental. The property itself is uniquely decorated with touches of island and marine life. The vibrant exterior just hints at the island-living charm you find inside. Wonder Why We Ever Go Home's soothing colors in the open living, dining and kitchen welcome you at the entrance. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, basic pots, pans, pantry, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. All of the items needed to prepare a family dinner. The beautiful granite countertops are accented with stainless steel appliances and crisp white cabinets.  Dine at the large table with seating for eight, four stools at the breakfast bar and a high chair in the corner for the little one. Gather in the living area which is comprised of a large sectional (that folds out to a Queen sleeper) and two matching accent chairs, perfect for watching your favorite channels on the wall-mounted Flat Screen HDTV. For your benefit, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the hall closet, along with an iron and ironing board.
The spacious master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King-size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, nightstands, closet, luggage rack and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Queen-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, dresser, nightstands and closet. The kids will love the third bedroom (BR3) made up of two Twin over Full Bunk Beds, wall-mounted TV, closet and room for games and stretching out. The second bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower and is shared by the two guest bedrooms. All bathrooms are furnished with blow dryers as well. Cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill and sit under the covered patio at the picnic table while taking in the ocean breeze. There is parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat/watercraft. This home is just 1.1 miles to the beach, 1.8 miles to the marina for a day of fishing and 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. This property had a nice, comfortable layout, and a great location close to the beach—a very short drive. Just grab your parking pass for $12 at the Valero across the street.

great service from the management company as they were responsive to any request and inquiries; quick to respond with service. The home had nice beds, extra linens for sofa sleeper and plenty of towels. comfortable living and dining furniture, also great for working from home. Love the LED lighting and convenient light switches in the parking area; great for keeping the area well lit while coming/going or just hanging out. Friendly neighbors also. Super convenient access to Dollar General, to town and to the beach. Would stay here again.

My first impression of this home was how open and spacious..It was fully stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The house was so clean, perfectly located to restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. We loved sitting down under the house in the porch area in the morning drinking our coffee. The porch area had a picnic table with a grill and very comfortable chairs. The beds were wonderful for sleeping, great water pressure in the showers. The kitchen was well stocked for any kind of cooking you wanted to do, although we ate at all the fabulous, huge varieties of restaurants. Life in Paradise property managers are excellent to help you with any needs. We loved PortA and this beautiful home. We will be staying here again in the near future. It is now our home away from home. The owner takes excellent care of this home to make sure you feel at home..thank you

The home was very clean and so beautiful! We loved the outdoor shower to clean off all the sand from the beach. Never had an issue the whole time and kids loved the bunk beds.

Great place to stay. Love the open floor plan, great sitting area under the house, close and convenient to town, restaurants, shopping. And best feature is it's only 3 minutes from the beach. Very nice house, beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the gadgets you need and property managers are great. Will stay again for sure.

We stayed at this wonderful home a few weeks ago and it made us feel like our own home. It is so spacious and comfortable. You have all the amenities you need, very comfortable beds, loved the shower in the master bedroom, very clean and well maintained. We loved that is was so centrally located to downtown, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be staying here again next year. Josh at Life in Paradise was always helpful with all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful time.

"Wonder Why We Ever Go Home" was a wonderful home for our stay. It was comfortable and cute and met every need for us. We were able to walk to the beach and it was short drive to eat. Life in Paradise was easy to work with and very helpful and the owner of the house takes very good care of the home. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

We love this house, it has a very peaceful feeling about it. The location is excellent & is on a quiet dead end street, a half mile walk to the beach or 3 minute drive to the beach or town, restaurants, shopping, gas, etc. The house's open floor plan is great for gatherings with plenty of seating for everyone. Or gather on the patio, around the picnic table with chairs for extra seating, cook on the charcoal grill, & enjoy the ocean breeze. Pet friendly, plenty of parking, & golf cart accessible. WIFI, Cable TV, smart TV's in all rooms so you can access Netflix, Hulu, etc. The beds are comfortable, house is clean, Life In Paradise property managers are excellent, and Port Aransas beaches, town and people are amazing. We truly do Wonder Why We Ever Go Home.
