Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. There is parking for four vehicles, two under the unit and two in the driveway. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan, ceramic tile floors, and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large window at the table with seating for four and additional stools for four more at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the couch and four matching accent chairs. After a full day at the beach or in town, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a King bed, nightstands, bench, closet, and wall-mounted TV.  The ensuite bathroom holds a large tile stand-alone shower and vanity. Up the stairs, to the third level, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a shared living area. The guest bedroom (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a large shower with a bench which is also accessible from the hallway. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of room to play. The private bathroom has a vanity and tile tub/shower. The shared living room provides an area to unwind on the futon while watching the wall-mounted TV or catching up on school or work tasks at the corner desk with natural lighting from the nearby windows. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck from this level. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Head over to the shared pool, which is heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and picnic tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was the perfect location; right in town and a short drive by golf cart to the beach. The condo itself was also perfect. It was super clean and neat. The first floor kitchen, dining area, and living room were super cozy for our little family get together. The big screen tv was perfect for the guys to watch college football while us girls got ready for the beach. The second floor also had a big screen tv with a futon in the hallway along with 2 bedrooms and a balcony which was amazing for early morning sunrises! We were also super impressed with the linens in all the rooms! It is always nice to get home to your own bed, but not so much in this case. I really wanted to take the sheets and quilts home with me....let alone the pillows!! I also want to compliment Life In Paradise. I have rented from many rental companies in the past, but I must say, I will continue to rent from here in the future. Katie went above and beyond to help me make sure this was the perfect quick beach vacation for my family. She knew how important this trip was to me and she made sure it was perfect. You can't get that from those bigger companies. This will definitely be someplace we rent again!

I would have given this townhome a 5 star but there were a few things that need to be changed. The house is perfect size, it is modern, clean and location is great. The area is really cute and nice. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart was perfect for a group of 8. There are a few things that need to be changed: The bathrooms need better shower curtains, floor maps (the one upstairs smelled like a wet rag). They need more tupperware and dishes and some beach towels. These are not major things and can be fixed right away. I would definitely go back and stay at this townhome. I recommend it.

Great house with everything we needed. Convenient location and tons of space for our family. Really liked that each room had its own restroom. Large living room for all of us to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous Townhouse! Although, after 3 days the 50 stairs from the ground to the observation deck sure felt like exercise, but we all enjoyed it

Great property and great location. The golf cart being included was fantastic. Only bummer was since the property is so new… there wasn’t much beach stuff accumulated yet for use.

This is a great property - everything was brand new and super nice. Fit all of our large party perfectly. Great location and nice amenities. Had a couple of issues which the property management company responded to immediately. They were super helpful at problem solving and great to work with. The owner pricing on the golf cart rental was a huge plus too. Would happily stay here again!
