Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and a tile/pebble stand-alone shower. Up the stairs to the third level are two (BR2 & BR3) bedrooms containing Queen beds. BR2 has a walk-in shower and BR3 has a tub/shower combo. There is also a sitting area for reading a book. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Walk over to the shared pool heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

Excellent location, great for couples or families. WiFi was intermittent at best, Sunday football was difficult to watch. (The router was ancient. Definitely needs updating.) Well stocked and equipped with everything needed. LOVED the pool. My favorite aspect of this property was their check in and check out procedure. Easy, seamless, no hassle. We’ve stayed at properties where they wanted you to return the golf cart to a different location, start a load of laundry, make sure there are no dishes in the dishwasher, etc. What are we paying a cleaning fee for, if we have to do all that??? Endless Summer 401 didn’t require all that nonsense, just a great relaxing experience.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review! It means the world to hear you enjoyed the location and found Endless Summer 401 stocked and equipped with everything you needed. And that pool? We love it too, so we're thrilled it became a favorite part of your stay.
Your kind words about our check-in and check-out process truly made our day. We believe a getaway should feel like a true escape from start to finish, so knowing it felt easy, seamless, and hassle-free is exactly what we hope every guest experiences.
We also genuinely appreciate you flagging the WiFi. We're looking into this so the next guests can enjoy Sunday football without a hitch.
We'd be delighted to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing escape by the sea!

I’d highly recommend this place. Each room has their personal bathroom which was great! Really clean house. The golf cart was nice to have which was the highlight of our trip. The beach was few minutes away as well for restaurants and shops to stroll around with the golf cart.

Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean house and the convenience of each room having its own bathroom. It’s wonderful to hear the golf cart was a highlight of your trip, making it easy to explore the beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. We’d love to host you again for another great stay!

We were happy with the house, setting and location. The house was nicely decorated, the complex was quiet with a beautiful pool area, and we could easily walk to the beach via Sandcastle St. or to several eateries on St Rt 361. Beds were comfortable, sheets were top notch, and enjoyed the recliners very much. There could have been chairs on the balcony as we didn't bring any. There was overall plenty of hot water but not enough for a long soak in the tub-it wasn't worth a maintenance call. It would be nice to have tv's in the bedrooms. But still these minor things were not enough to take away a star.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house, its comfortable beds and top-notch sheets, and the peaceful setting with a beautiful pool area. It sounds like the convenient location added to your experience as well—being able to stroll to the beach and nearby eateries is always a bonus!
We truly appreciate your constructive feedback. Balconies and bathtubs should always add to the comfort of your stay, and while we're glad these were minor factors for you, your input gives us great insight into how we can make future experiences even better for our guests. We'll also take note of the suggestion for TVs in the bedrooms—everyone deserves a little relaxing entertainment at the end of the day!
Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your kind words. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future for another memorable and even more comfortable stay!

This townhome was perfect for our family. Very clean and amenities were great! My only issue was the refrigerator wasn't on at the right temperature and I didn't realize it until a few hours later when my groceries were not staying cold. We threw everything in the ice chest until it cooled down. I would just double check with the rental company that the fridge is at the right temp before arriving. The golf cart was a huge bonus!!!! We will definitely rent this property next summer and the summers to follow! Our new vacation getaway

Came down here with my boyfriend and his little brother, and we had a great vacation! The heated pool was definitely one of the biggest factors to booking this reservation, and it was so enjoyable to be in, especially during the colder months. We drove around a lot in the golf cart that came with the property, and it was a very awesome commodity to have! The beach views and restaurants were definitely amazing, and we can't wait to come back!

This condo is quite new, attractive, and clean. For short term rentals it is probably adequately furnished. For longer stays it would have been nice to have had more basic cleaning supplies furnished (only had a broom, dustpan, mop with no bucket, and sink cleaner), more silverware, a few wash clothes and cleaning rags for kitchen, and dishes that can be used in microwave. The drawers are a little difficult to open. Door & drawer handles would be nice. A very nice washer and dryer are provided. The grill in the pool area is not clean and not all burners were working. The furniture on the top deck where the Gulf could be seen was unusable due to rust which made that deck unusable. We were a little surprised by the number of steps in the unit to access the main floor and upstairs. This might make the stay difficult with anyone with mobility issues. The pool area is nice and it is an easy walk to the beach.

Our family really likes the Endless Summer complex and this unit is right across from the pool. The unit has nice furnishing though parents with young kids might want to brink some plastic cups. Also would be nice if the unit had a hose for the spigot.

My families stay here was enjoyable. Everything was clean. It was nice to have a bedroom on the same level as the kitchen and living area and additional rooms upstairs. Definitely a plus that each room has its own bathroom. Lots of stairs and potential dangers for toddler aged children especially on the balcony so just make sure windows and doors stay locked. The pool is a quick walk out the door and my kids loved it! Definitely will be booking again. Thanks for a nice time!
