Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is parking for four vehicles, two under the property and two in the driveway. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and a tile/pebble stand-alone shower. Up the stairs to the third level are two (BR2 & BR3) bedrooms containing Queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, comprised of vanity and stand-alone showers. There is also a sitting area for reading a book. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Walk over to the shared pool heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

This townhome was perfect for our family. Very clean and amenities were great! My only issue was the refrigerator wasn't on at the right temperature and I didn't realize it until a few hours later when my groceries were not staying cold. We threw everything in the ice chest until it cooled down. I would just double check with the rental company that the fridge is at the right temp before arriving. The golf cart was a huge bonus!!!! We will definitely rent this property next summer and the summers to follow! Our new vacation getaway

Very nice place but too ,amy steep stairs for older people. Also a bit dangerous for small children. We learned alot about what to look for next time but accomdations were very nice!

Came down here with my boyfriend and his little brother, and we had a great vacation! The heated pool was definitely one of the biggest factors to booking this reservation, and it was so enjoyable to be in, especially during the colder months. We drove around a lot in the golf cart that came with the property, and it was a very awesome commodity to have! The beach views and restaurants were definitely amazing, and we can't wait to come back!

This condo is quite new, attractive, and clean. For short term rentals it is probably adequately furnished. For longer stays it would have been nice to have had more basic cleaning supplies furnished (only had a broom, dustpan, mop with no bucket, and sink cleaner), more silverware, a few wash clothes and cleaning rags for kitchen, and dishes that can be used in microwave. The drawers are a little difficult to open. Door & drawer handles would be nice. A very nice washer and dryer are provided. The grill in the pool area is not clean and not all burners were working. The furniture on the top deck where the Gulf could be seen was unusable due to rust which made that deck unusable. We were a little surprised by the number of steps in the unit to access the main floor and upstairs. This might make the stay difficult with anyone with mobility issues. The pool area is nice and it is an easy walk to the beach.

Five stars! This place was absolutely perfect for our adult trip! Loved the pool even though it it was shared. The golf cart was a great perk.

Overall

Our family really likes the Endless Summer complex and this unit is right across from the pool. The unit has nice furnishing though parents with young kids might want to brink some plastic cups. Also would be nice if the unit had a hose for the spigot.

My families stay here was enjoyable. Everything was clean. It was nice to have a bedroom on the same level as the kitchen and living area and additional rooms upstairs. Definitely a plus that each room has its own bathroom. Lots of stairs and potential dangers for toddler aged children especially on the balcony so just make sure windows and doors stay locked. The pool is a quick walk out the door and my kids loved it! Definitely will be booking again. Thanks for a nice time!
