We had a great time and the house was awesome, location was close to everything. The only complaints are minor but still can add or take away from the experience. There was not enough toilet paper for the number of guests that the unit sleeps. The icemaker was not working which was something that we had counted on. I would have awarded the 5 stars if not for these things. We will see you again next trip!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the house and its convenient location—it’s wonderful to know it played a part in creating special memories for your trip.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the toilet paper shortage and the icemaker issue. Your comfort is our top priority, and we encourage you to reach out during your stay so we can address any concerns promptly and ensure a seamless experience.
We're grateful for your understanding and are already looking forward to welcoming you back on your next visit. Rest assured, we're here to make your stay as perfect as possible.
Warm regards,

Second year to stay in this unit, and it was still a great time. There were a few things that didn't work. My husband texted the list to the office when we checked out.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family and had everything you can possibly need. Well stocked kitchen and towels were more than enough. The management company was awesome and came out the first day we called them to fix the front door, the handle was broken when we got there making it very hard to open the door. Our only complaint was the pool, it was super hot and we really couldn’t enjoy it, the temperature reading read 97, I called the office to have them lower the temperature but it wasn’t done, also a couple of family members complained of sand being in the bed when they first got in, I’m really hoping sheets are laundered before every stay. I would definitely recommend this house and will definitely book again.

Perfectly spacious for our family group of 10

The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The house was clean. The decor and furniture made you feel at home. We had a couple of issues that could have prevented with a property manual. When we first arrived and turned on the television, it had a clear picture but no sound. We checked mute buttons and everything we could think of; after spending much time we called the manufacturer as this was the only other option. The support center spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with us until issue was finally resolved. We were also not notified about a WiFi password. We dealt with a leak coming from the roof since it rained. Another problem we encountered was when we were ready to cook dinner, we had issues with the Jenn-Air oven. We called the rental agent and he called a technician out and said it would be 30 min to an hour before someone would arrive. We were pleased that tech arrived with 20 min. The tech was very kind as he worked to resolve the issue.
Despite these issues the family was in great spirits because of the size of the home and how beautiful it is. I would recommend this property to a friend if these issues are resolved and with a house manual.
