This one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. With marine life decor in shades of green, the open living room is made up of a couch with plush pillows, matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony with outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the glass dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a closet, a dresser, a TV and a sitting area. Love El Cortez Villas! They are clean and quiet, plus there is a pool and easy beach access. My family has been staying here for many many years.
