Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. With marine life décor in shades of green, the open living room is made up of a couch with plush pillows,  matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony with outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the glass dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a closet, a dresser, a TV and a sitting area. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, a tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool just steps away, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

The only bathroom is through the master bedroom. Not the most convenient or private if 2 couples or 4 adults are sharing the condo. It's a nice, clean condo and the location is good.

This was a perfect spot for our family of (4). The beach access was an east walk with our wagon. Communications about rental availability, checkin, checkout and all logistics were easy--a site map indicating where the unit is would have been helpful as we arrived somewhat late and finding the numbering on the buildings in the dark was a bit difficult. All necessities were available in the unit from standard cooking utensils to the washing machine (we did bring our own laundry detergent). While the unit description indicates that there is a queen pull-out sofa, this was not the case; but the trundle bed made up of two twins was perfect for our kids. Highly recommend this rental!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our friends wedding. The condo was quiet, safe, and 5 min golf cart ride to cinnamon shores. I would stay here again!

Love El Cortez Villas! They are clean and quiet, plus there is a pool and easy beach access. My family has been staying here for many many years.
