Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This newly remodeled, one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. With all new furniture, the open living room is made up of a large couch, loveseat, an overstuffed matching leather armchair, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with granite countertops, white cabinets and appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, a closet, a dresser, bench, corner rocker and a TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity, tile tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Just off of the kitchen area is a custom built-in Twin bunk bed, for small children Only. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Overall

The unit was clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of cleaning product somewhere in the unit. If there is a spill or mishap there is nothing to use to clean up the mess. We had to go out at 12:30 in the morning to try and find a cleaning spray so we could clean up a spill with something other than water. Other than that, the unit was perfect and we did find an issue the response was quick and someone was over within 10 minutes to resolve it.

Overall

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. Only complaints I would have was the mattress. It made sleeping very hard and I'm young so that kinda stuff doesn't bother me normally. Only other thing would be it would be nice if some cleaning basics were provided. Like a broom, sponge, and like dishwasher soap. It is hard leaving the house in spotless condition without that. Other than those minor things we had a great time and really enjoyed our spot
