Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This newly remodeled, high-end, one-bedroom condo is nestled on the second floor within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. Tastefully decorated in a pallet of blues and greys, this home contains added features such as recessed lighting and USB ports on walls throughout. The open and inviting living room is made up of a large leather couch with plush pillows, an overstuffed matching armchair, a TV and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious Corian countertops, new cabinets, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, electric mixer, wine glasses, an Insta pot, crockpot, waffle maker, dishes, kid-friendly utensils, full set of pots and pans. Sit down for meals at the wooden dining table with seating for four and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains two Queen beds, a closet, a dresser for your beach attire and a TV. We enjoyed our stay! We were worried about staying “out of town”, but it was actually a lot nicer not having to drive into the busy sections to go down to the beach. Condo was nice and had a lot of fun features (the rain shower and towel warmer .) Do wish the AC would have stayed a little lower throughout the day with it being so hot, but it wasn't terrible. Overall a good experience and would return!

The interior remodeling and improvements made the unit absolutely lovely. We had everything we could think of available at our fingertips. The only issue was, while the living room/kitchen cooled well, the bedroom was warm and difficult to cool.

Beautiful condo and nicely updated. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach but didn’t mind at all. Far enough from the heart of Port Aransas so the beach isn’t so crowded. We enjoyed everything about this condo inside & out that we will be back next summer !

Loved the correspondence & #203! Wonderful accommodations. Just please limit the number (15) of plastic plants & so many throw pillows! We always had to move them out of the way. And clean the ceiling fan blades! All minor things, still would stay there again!
