Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a large modern sectional with plush pillows which converts into a sleeper sofa, two matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, both a regular drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the high-top dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of two Queen beds, nightstands and a TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tub/ shower unit and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

The Haven condo exceeded our expectations and is a great deal for the price. The condo is in a convenient location with just a short easy walk to the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and was very clean. The beddings and linens were of high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. Our family of 5 had a great time and will definitely stay at The Haven condo again.

Lovely place. Good beds, easy to sleep on. Clean. My mistake on getting a 2nd story apartment. It was just too hard to handle luggage, groceries etc for a 70+ year old couple. The swimming pool was too cold to comfortably enjoy, needs heating unit or just wait till later in spring or summer to book unit. Refrigerator has ice making problem. On arriving TV's would not connect with stations. Maintenance quickly fixed that problem. Steps to apartment are too steep/to comfortably negotiate for folks with knee problems. Normal building codes say 7 inch rise with 11 inch wide step. The steps on this unit don't match this code making entrance & exit difficult. Other than these issues I would re-rent this unit in a heartbeat.

This by far has been the best property we've stayed in by far! The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were nice and clean and the overall feel of the condo was so welcoming and comfortable. We had 5 people with us and it accommodated us perfectly!!
