Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom ground-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of an overstuffed couch with plush pillows, two matching armchairs, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio. The full kitchen is equipped with all the things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom with a blue contrasting brick wall (BR1) contains a King bed, a dresser for your beach attire, a closet, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and tiled shower. This room also has private access to the side patio. The guest bedroom with a gray contrasting brick wall (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed,  dresser, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tiled shower. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters.

We loved our time here.The plant by the front door has large leaves and one of them likes to hang out and obstruct the walk up to the front door.There were times that we saw small ants in the master bedroom. Never enough to see a trail or identify where they were coming from, but enough to notice they were there.

The home was nice and clean on arrival. We did end up bringing some sand back home from our short walk to the beach during our stay and the broom inside the property was very useful and made things easy to clean up. I would come back and live here if I could!
