Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom ground-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, two comfy rocker recliners and a TV. Open the front door and let sunlight shine through the glass storm door.  The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and four additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, dresser for your beach attire, closet and TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, large tile shower and a full-size stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

This condo was just perfect for what we needed! It was clean and spacious too! The pool was nice and clean, yard mowed fresh and all the neighbors we met were happy and helpful. The only thing I did want to mention was we could not find any linens for the pull out sofa bed, but we made do using a sheet from the master bed. Maybe I overlooked it but other than that, our stay was amazing and I would definitely book here again in the future.
