Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas.. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life decor carried throughout. Cable and WiFi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couch (which doubles as a sleeper sofa) or two rocker recliners. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the ocean breeze with a view of the shared pool, which is just steps away. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the side patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands and closet. The en-suite bathroom contains a pedestal vanity and tiled shower. Cool off in the shared pool or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Overall

House was very cozy and pretty clean. Kitchen had a lot of dishes. We were looking for somewhere to distress and were absolutely comfortable there. We’ve talked about going back. Have also recommended it to friends.
