Inside, you’ll love the open floor plan and spacious living areas, thoughtfully decorated with ocean-inspired décor that brings the coastal vibe throughout the home. Gather together in the inviting living room featuring a comfortable sofa, two rocker recliners, and a large wall-mounted TV—perfect for movie nights after a fun-filled day at the beach. Cable and Wi-Fi are included, and each bedroom also features its own TV for added comfort and convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, a traditional drip coffee maker, and all the essential dishes, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for four.

Step outside onto the private patio with your morning coffee or evening drink and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while overlooking the shared pool, located just steps away.

The primary bedroom (BR1) offers a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and wall-mounted TV for a relaxing retreat. It’s a nice place with an easy walk to the beach. If you don’t rent a golf cart I highly recommend purchasing a wagon, it will make life so much easier.

It was cozy cute and had everything the 5 of us needed. The role out bed was comfortable and easy to manage. We gave the 3 kids the master. My husband and I took the second with the double bed. The pool was right outside our front door. Easy walk to the beach, about 1/3 of a mile but paved until you get to the boards. Went over to Cinnamon Shores for coffee and ice cream. Very convenient. Had a blast!

We have stayed in EC110 several time as records will show. Our groups (we stay there with several families each year) only complaint is both pools are TOO warm.........other than that we enjoy EC!

Great stay, only complaints are the remotes for the TV's are very difficult to use & they don't work efficiently. Secondly, the air in the living room/kitchen worked great, the rooms were hot and stuffy.

House was very cozy and pretty clean. Kitchen had a lot of dishes. We were looking for somewhere to distress and were absolutely comfortable there. We’ve talked about going back. Have also recommended it to friends.
