Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout. Cable and WIFI are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large TV while lounging on the couch or armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious countertops, white appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.  Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the balcony to sip on in the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, chest and closet. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower unit and a full-size washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the side patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, a Twin over Twin bunk bed, nightstands and desk. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tiled tub/shower unit. Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach.  Cool off in the shared pool or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

This place was absolutely fantastic for our family of four and our 80 lb Labrador- she was absolutely in her element and loved every minute of this stay. The property didn’t have a hose but there was a great rinse off station by the pool which had a hose and shower. I would absolutely stay there again- communication with the host was hospitable- first time here and will definitely be back!

Great catch on the rinse-off station too. We're so glad it came in handy for washing off sandy paws and toes after a day of fun, even without a standalone hose. It's the little touches that we hope make a stay feel easy and complete.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, beautiful, spacious, just lovely. We only had trouble getting to local TV channels for the weather. There were no instructions for which of four remotes to use … maybe a short sheet would help.

The stay and our groups experience were outstanding! The first time we have returned to El Cortez since the hurricane. I wasn't sure how it was going to go since the last time we stayed there was onsite management, but the check in, check out, and the whole stay was effortless. We will be back next year.
