Enjoy the peacefulness at this newly renovated condo of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas You will love the open floor plan, spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout. Cable and Wi-Fi are available on all TVs. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large TV while lounging on the modern couch or matching chair with plush pillows. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as sleek & spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.  Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, a bench at the foot of the bed, nightstands, a chest, a closet, a chair, and TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower and full-size washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This bedroom also has access to a private patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tiled shower. Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach. Cool off in the shared pool or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Great place, great location. The condo was well stocked for cooking and also was a very easy check in and check out process. We came with our pups and really appreciated how pet friendly the place was too. We would definitely book again for our next trip to Port A.

This was my first time staying here. It was great for a small group with small kids. Close walking to the beach. Pool was also nice to go to in the evenings. Will look at this place again.

Words can't describe our 8 night stay. It was simply wonderful. Clean rooms. Excellent washer and dryer. Good appliances. I have nothing negative to say except I wish I could have brought my dog.

The stay and our groups experience were outstanding! The first time we have returned to El Cortez since the hurricane. I wasn't sure how it was going to go since the last time we stayed there was onsite management, but the check in, check out, and the whole stay was effortless. We will be back next year.

We had a wonderful time! and Life in Paradise was exceptional, always got back with me answered all my questions, and when I accidentally left something they made sure to keep it safe and get it back to me!! Wonderful service and stay, loved the condo, super close to the beach, just great all the way around. Highly recommend calling them!

The condo was extremely clean when we walked into it on Friday afternoon. The room was just the right size for my family of 4. Beach access was easy to get to and the kids also enjoyed the pool. Management company did a great job keeping me informed prior to arrival and sending the door code for no contact entry into the condo. Will consider staying here in the future.
