Experience luxury living at its best at DDK, a brand-new, pet-friendly beach duplex. Enjoy the cozy living area and large open dining area connected, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a beautiful wood dining table for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. Relax by your own private heated pool, or take a dip in the community heated pool. The outdoors also includes 2 decks off the Living Room and Master Bedroom, a charcoal grill and a boardwalk to the beach. For added convenience, a golf cart is included during your stay, and beach gear is available upon request. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this duplex is the perfect retreat. Come experience all the views Dorado Dunes #K and Port Aransas have to offer.

I have rented at least 15 homes on Mustang Island. Best one yet for a two bedroom. Brand new. Great kitchen. Amazingly comfortable mattresses. We will come back to this one!!

We had a blast at the house playing games as a family, taking the golf cart to the beach and eating fresh seafood. Life in paradise was responsive to anything we needed and we would book through them again and stay at this property again!

What a fun mini-vacation with Chester, our Golden Retriever. This house is impeccable! The appliances are high-end, the Master Bed is very comfortable, and the deco is is “Beachy Perfect.” Having the cart and small pool made it even more special. The communications with the staff at Life in Paradise were outstanding. Thank you for the hospitality! Cannot wait to return!

things we loved ,good size for 2 adults and100 lb chocolate lab, clean ( could have used some dusting on lamps,pictures,etc. and missed one bathroom trash can ) but nothing that was to bad to report, the outdoor area was very relaxing perfect size pool for 2, the golf cart was great taking all of us to the beach including all our gear. We enjoyed our stay it was the perfect getaway time we needed. This is a perfect place for downtime. The reason for a rating of a 4 was only because of the 2 flights of stairs and the small landing area at the bottom. My knees aren't as good as they used to be but we managed!

We were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful home. Lots of amenities, the kitchen was fully stocked, WiFi/smart TV's throughout the home, beautiful view of the pond and morning sunrise. AC always worked ( you would be surprised), this pool is perfect for toddlers, you can keep them at an arm's length. Comfy bed & bedding. So many nice perks, there is nothing better than staying in a home equal or greater value to your home. Due to it having three levels, an elevator would have been great but just make sure you come with some strong men to bring up the stuff. Coming back!

Perfect rental for your vacation! We stayed for a week!!! It had everything we needed and more. Brand new, clean, very comfortable furnishings, roomy, pet friendly, and all the amenities you needed were provided. The beach gear rental and golf cart was such a nice plus. You can be at the beach within minutes by taking a walk or a quick ride in the golf cart. You can take a dip in the pool or sit on the balcony. Easy to get into town. The team at Life In Paradise were so nice and helpful. We loved everything about this place and will be back!

The accommodations were nice, but it was not evident when booking that the main living area was not in the walk-in level. It was a less than ideal situation for for me having just recently had surgery and ultimately cut the trip short.

This home is brand new. Beautifully decorated! Great place to relax and enjoy Port A. We enjoyed sitting on the deck off the living area watching the fish jump and the birds fly in to the small lake across the street. The bed was very comfortable and the small pool was a really nice feature.

Wow, what a fantastic beach condo. My family plus friends (4 adults, 3 kids) recently stayed here and had the best time. Beds were comfortable and ample space for everyone. Furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. The owners paid attention to every little detail and it shows! The best part was the private mini pool that we heated to hot tub temp when it got cold at night. We also enjoyed the golf cart on the short jaunt to the beach. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time with my girlfriends here! Perfect size home for just the three of us. We loved the private pool and sitting on the back porch sippin on our wine in the evenings! We will 100% be returning again

Our stay in Port A was only a couple days and wished we could have stayed longer! Our rental was ready early and allowed us to check in a little early which was nice. The whole house was very clean when we arrived and we look forward to our next visit to Port A. Hopefully we will stay here and have a longer vacay as well!

My family stayed here for a few days and the house was amazing! Loved how the beach was just a short walk distance away. Perhaps even more wonderful was the staff. Friendly voices and helped us easily adjust our reservation to add an extra day to our stay.

My husband and I were needing some time away together to get away from our hectic work schedules and our time here was perfect! We enjoyed the private pool and the staff of LIP were quick to get back to us with the questions we had. Maybe next time we will even bring our puppers along with us!

Amazing Beach Condo!

My family of seven recently stayed at this new condo and WOW! It is beautifully finished, equipped with high end appliances, furniture and furnishings and the whole place is super comfortable and cozy. The best part for my family about the whole stay was the private pool! It is also well located just a quick ride to the beach in the golf cart. We all loved it and will be sure to return.
