Newly Built, Gorgeous Beach Home, Private Heated Pool, Golf Cart Included and beach gear! 

Step into paradise at this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath house, located near the beach, featuring 2 private balconies with spectacular views.  Inside the luxurious home you’ll find charming living spaces with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to relax.  The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, a double oven and granite countertops.  The outdoors includes a private pool, a grill and an outdoor shower to rinse after returning from the beach.  For added convenience, a golf cart is included, and beach gear is available upon request. Come experience all Dorado Dunes #J and Port Aransas have to offer!

My children and I had the absolute best time at Dorado Dunes #J. The property was perfectly cared for and clean (and with absolutely perfect beachy feel!). The owners were kind and knowledgeable as was the rental company. We will absolutely be back next summer- and for a longer stay!

This home is outstanding! It is brand new, very clean and well maintained. It has everything you would want. We didn't have any issues, but Life in Paradise is always responsive. We will be back!

Had the best time! We rented unit J and K together and they have a connecting door on the top floor where both the living rooms and kitchens are located. This gave us 4 total rooms and we slept 10 people very easily (could have probably slept 12)! The backyard with fence and beautiful cocktail pool was such a nice secluded addition. Beautifully decorated, super easy to get to the beach on a direct golf cart path! We also took the golf cart over to cinnamon shore, once for coffee and the other for their awesome pizza place. The place is brand new and feels very high end. Oh and Life in Paradise has an add-on package where you can rent chairs and games for the beach and they were literally in the garage when we pulled up! We will be back!

This house was amazing! It has everything you need for a beach vacation. I have no complaints at all! The only thing you need to bring is clothes, everything else from beach towels, beach gear, all the kitchen small appliances, plates, cups, paper towels.. they supplied literally everything! Was very impressed and loved the design and decor of the house. It had all the feels of a beach house. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be booking this place again

If you're looking to stay in luxury at Port Aransas, then definitely choose Dorado Dunes. We had our doubts at first since they're newly built, but it was an amazing choice overall. We had lots of fun here, made plenty of memories, and we were very happy with our stay. Staff at Life in Paradise were very helpful, and we can't wait to come back again next year.

What an amazing home. Wow, simply couldn't believe the state of this place. It was so beautiful I still can't get over how amazing it was. The location of it was a turn off at first since it's quite a drive from Port Aransas, however, Cinnamon Shores definitely has some places you can visit without having to book from them, so it was definitely very convenient. Enjoyed our stay, beautiful homes. Can't wait to come back!

Una casa muy hermosa! Definitely enjoyed our stay there, our kids really loved it and they were very happy with everything. Management was very helpful too with any problems we had. We recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in luxury.

Had an amazing stay here. Superb quality of the house, everything was brand new and the decoration was beautiful. The little pool was much to be desired, but that's okay since there was a shared pool everyone could go to as well for the community. The golf cart came in handy, we used it to drive around the island instead of our vehicle, definitely saved us on getting sand all over our seats.Can't wait to come back again soon.
