Casa La Playa is a five-bedroom upscale home, accommodating 14, offering fun and functionality with added amenities, and is just a 3-minute walk to the beach by a private boardwalk that is also golf cart accessible.
Opulent island living décor greets you as you enter into the open floor plan. The multi-level decks are ideal for sipping a beverage and taking in the ocean air. Relax on the comfy sectional or accent chair with an ottoman while watching your favorite shows on the oversized wall-mounted TV after a long day at the beach. If you are looking to cook a meal for your entire party look no further. This fully stocked kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor the fresh meals at the large dining table with seating for eight and additional stools for three at the bar. Convenient for guests, the hallway bathroom is comprised of a vanity and tub with tile trim.
At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR1), with modern features in a nautical theme offering a King size bed with nightstands, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and an accent chair.  The ensuite bathroom consists of two granite-topped vanities and a large pebble tile shower.
The second floor provides four additional bedrooms. The bunk room (BR2) has ample space for the kids to place and is furnished with two sets of Twin bunk beds, a sofa sleeper, an accent armchair, a closet, a wall-mounted TV, and Big Buck and Pac-Man arcade games. The shared hall bathroom includes a granite vanity and tile shower with a bench.  The third (BR3) bedroom has a queen-sized bed, nightstands and wall-mounted TV.  The fourth bedroom (BR4) offers a plush Queen-size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV, and private access to the back patio, great for sipping your morning coffee. The second master suite (BR5) offers a plush Queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and closet.   bathroom. The ensuite bathroom contains a granite vanity and a large shower with a bench. 
Is the weather too hot? Too cold? Rainy? Then bring the fun to the game room which can be accessed from the garage. For those competitive at heart,  organize a match of ping pong or darts. Utilize the table for four at a game of cards or dominos. Chill on the sofa and watch your favorite sport on the wall-mounted TV. 
Soak up the Texas Coast sun on the beach (a three-minute walk from the house), swim at the refreshing shared pool, sit under a palapa, or lounge in this spacious home after a day at the beach. Book your stay to come to unwind and lose track of time.

Wonderful experience and great place to stay with a larger group. Lots of amenities and very close to the beach for a quick walk or the pool across the street!

I just wanted to let you guys know that we did use the washer and dryer while we were there and the dryer was not drying our clothes very well. I'm thinking that the duct needs to be cleaned and I know if it is not cleaned every now and then it could be a possible fire hazard. It was taken at least 3 dry cycles and sometimes more to dry our stuff. I know we had some issues with the property when we first arrived but I really wanted to thank you for working efficiently with us to take care of the issues we had.

Casa La Playa was exactly as advertised!. There was plenty of room for the ten of us. The home was clean and had a welcoming feeling. Although we did not use it, we were glad the game room and the arcade were available if we encountered bad weather. We loved being so close to the beach. The golf cart worked out great especially for our children and beach items. We now recommend Life in Paradise to our family and friends!.

Great location ! Close to the Beach and easy to find. The House was clean, spacious, and Full of amenities. It was also great to sit on the back porch by the pond that is right against the porch. plenty of room for the entire family and guests.

Great location ! Close to the Beach and easy to find. The House was clean, spacious, and Full of amenities. It was also great to sit on the back porch by the pond that is right against the porch. plenty of room for the entire family and guests.

We had a great time at Casa La Playa. The location was super close to the beach and a very easy walk or golf cart ride across the boardwalk. The house was clean and spacious. It accommodates 12-14 people very well. The garage space was a cool addition but some a/c was needed if there was not a breeze available. We purchased an oscillating fan for this room and donated it to the house. They do need to add some more essentials to the kitchen...a blender, some wine glasses, a broom or vacuum. Hair Dryer needed for bathrooms. The entry way into the home needs some work. The weeds were encroaching on the pathway, may benefit from a larger side walk or some landscaping. Overall great stay though! These are just additions that would help it even more! :)
