Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft  Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach and a 7-minute walk to the beach.  All on one level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with 2 couches, (one folds out into a sleeper), TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 6. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen and Full-size bed, TV, closet, and chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a stand-alone shower. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.

Other than some initial struggles with the website to complete my reservation this was a great experience. The home was perfect in location, size, furnishings and appliances/equipment ... Was completely comfortable for our multi generational family. Two sets of parents and a set of tots were all housed wonderfully here. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our groceries! We enjoyed being able to cook every meal here. Not only was it spacious but it was clean throughout. Never had a stay this great so close to the beach!!

Great condo for 4 to 6 people. Check-in/out was a breeze. Clean, cozy and has pretty much everything you need. Just bring your groceries, beverages, bathing suit and sunscreen! Great location and has a shared pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was good, close to all we wanted to do. There were four of us on our girls trip to Port A and so there was plenty of room. House seemed clean, but I gave it four stars because we had to wear shoes in the house. Our first morning as we were lounging in the living room having coffee I noticed that the bottom of my feet were almost black. The other three girls looked at theirs and they were dirty as well. So we did not walk around the anymore without shoes on and we had no more dirty feet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Costa Del Ray Condos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room was spacious. Everything felt clean and inviting. We will definitely consider booking again in the future!

Had a great time, rented a golf cart also from Life In Paradise and just relaxed and enjoyed Port A. :) Cute condo, great condition. The only negative was that it could use better mattresses, no support in them. My husband is a chiropractor so we are used to very firm and supportive mattresses :)

Everything good but the washer and dryer were a problem, and no equipment to clean property with.

Tastefully appointed and perfect location for easy beach access. The pool was also a nice plus. The living area has plenty of space for extra guests. I would highly recommend this space for a relaxing fun time in Port A!

It was perfect for our weekend girls trip! It’s close to the beach area and it was very clean. Has everything we needed to cook a quick meal for ourselves. The check in process was great and so was checkout. We hated to leave but we had to go back to reality. Thank you to the staff for the great service!! We will be back.
