Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach. All on ground level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with a couch (which folds out into a sleeper), recliner, TV, cable and Wifi. The full kitchen is equipped with white appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 4. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, TV, closet, chest and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, TV, closet, and chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a stand-alone shower. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.

As Winter Texans this place was perfect for us. Life in Paradise is very easy to work with and their website is user friendly. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated having a crockpot and a recliner for an afternoon nap. Plan to return to Port A next year.

This is my 3rd stay at this condo. I love this condo because the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils/coffee pots needed, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of seating in the living room. TV's in all rooms. The pool was clean/plenty of lounge chairs. I was also pleased that I was able to check in a couple of hours early. I will keep coming back to this condo. One thing I would recommend is keeping one fan in one of the closets.

We enjoyed our stay at Costa Del Ray, as we did in 2011. Very comfortable, nice, quiet, well equipped kitchen, could use more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, it was exceptional.Thank you,Rosendo Santos & family

We had a wonderful stay at Costa Del Ray Condos. It was a beautiful condo with everything necessary making the stay effortless. It was clean and for the most part quiet, and the pool was nice for evenings after the ocean. We had a really nice time.

Family Vacation

My family loved everything about the unit we rented at Costal Del Rey. Perfect location to go to the beach and into town to eat and enjoy the nightlife. Very comfortable beds. Open floor plan with a spacious kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of seating in the living room and breakfast areas which is also important to us. We also enjoyed the pool daily after the beach. I would recommend putting a community grill on site. Property manager co. always a pleasure to work with. We will book again.

Great Property for a Getaway

Costa Del Ray 112 was a great place for a getaway holiday. Living room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to put together a Thanksgiving meal. Location was excellent - just a few blocks from the beach. We had originally booked another condo for our Corpus Christi stay & that property was in bad shape. Life in Paradise came through with this condo at the last minute and it was a great experience.

112 was beautifully decorated and clean. We were 4 adults and 2 children in our party and we were all comfortable. We were very close to the beach which was great.

super cute, obviously newly remodeled condo just a couple of blocks from the beach, plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 teen boys. coastal décor, new appliances, washer, dryer, plenty of seating and storage, all of the amenities were there, great location, pool onsite - will visit again!
