This Beautifully decorated bottom-floor Townhouse is a great getaway spot to enjoy your family vacation. The shared pool is just steps from the front door. When you are tired of swimming, you can sun beside the pool in lounge chairs or cool off in the shaded sitting area. It is approximately a 1/2 mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. Take advantage of our golf cart rentals to experience it all like a local. This property has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. There are wood grain tile floors throughout. The living room has plenty of seating which is arranged for you to be able to interact with those at the dining table or kitchen area and never miss out on the conversation or fun. It has a large flat-screen tv, high-speed internet and cable, a ceiling fan, and a sofa sleeper. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, granite countertops, and stocked cabinets with cookware for your culinary needs. The wooden dining table has seating for 6. The private Master bedroom (BR1) has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a large closet for your beach attire. The master bathroom has double vanities, a separate jetted tub, and a walk-in tile shower with a glass door. Guest bedroom #2 (BR2) has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and nightstand lighting. Guest bedroom #3 (BR3) is decorated in a beach theme with 2 twin beds. The guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination unit. The laundry closet between the kitchen and master bedroom contains a stackable washer & dryer unit. The back patio is just off of the kitchen.

Property was excellent and met our needs perfectly. We want to thank the staff for their help and super attitude all weekend, particularly Sheila and Josh (I hope I got those names right). Property was well kept, fully stocked and very nicely appointed. Excellent TV options.

We just got back from a 7 day stay in Port A. We booked another beach house and it was not handicap accessible. Within minutes you found us two places that would work for us. We booked “Our Happy Place!” Beach house and It was great!!! The service was also on point. You took care of the issue right away with no questions asked and delivered a on a great experience!

The assigned parking was great and helpful. We loved the spacious rooms and closets! The living room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect for all of my kids. I do wish the hot tub was an actual hot tub and not a “kid area.”

Overall it was a great place. I really only had a few complaints:
1-The refrigerator ended up being broken, so all the food we bought, spoiled. However, when I told the management company, they reimbursed my grocery bill. SO that was great customer service.

2-You can hear every step from the people residing/renting above. It was very loud.

3-The pool was TINY and was always full of people.
We never got to use it.

4-There is no outdoor space to sit and enjoy the weather.

TO celebrate my husban and daughters birthdays this year we decided to visit the beach. long with my his brothers family the 8 of us enjoyed a days at the beach. The condo is beautifully and refinished inside with high quality materials and appliances. Even our, now 5 year old, daughter was thoroughly impressed and continues to affectionately refer the the residence as \"the blue house\" and frequently questions when will we return. One small complaint is the mattress on king and queen beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow the lack of back support left me sore.

The accommodations were perfect. We decided to have one last escapade before the hustle and bustle of school started and this was just what was needed. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was spacious. The plus was having the golf cart already on site when we checked in. Will definitely use your services again.

Our group of 6 adults had a blast. Plenty of room for all of us, never felt squished or on top of each other. The house has been beautifully decorated. The pool was nice and we were not far from the beach. All the beds were extremely comfortable and we found cards in the drawer under the table, which was awesome because I had forgotten mine! When we come back to Port A we would definitely stay here again!
