Under new ownership, A Pearl's Place at Beachside is a family-friendly three-bedroom, three-bath townhome conveniently located on South 11th Street. This upscale unit sits near the shared, heated saltwater pool with a fun slide for kids and numerous palapas for shade. It is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired adornments in a blue color pallet and wood-looking tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. Park your cars in the two assigned parking spaces (*No Garage Access*) and leave them for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.
After sightseeing, a day at the beach, or fishing, return to your Port A home and relax in your private back patio area with ample seating and cook up the day's catch on the gas and charcoal grills. Open up the door to your inviting living room, where you will find a new plush sectional, a flat-screen wall-mounted HD TV, cable, and Wi-Fi, and a separate seating area with a large bench and matching accent chairs. Dine at the wooden dining table accommodating eight guests with a grand bench and four chairs. The spacious island/breakfast bar has seating for four to visit with each other in the kitchen area. The full kitchen is equipped with dishes, basic cookware, pots, pans, and utensils to meet your culinary needs. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are a bonus for the family cook. The downstairs guest room (BR1) offers a Queen bed, closet, chest, desk, and chair for checking in remotely to the office and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The hall bathroom contains a shower with a bench and serves the ground floor. Up to the second-floor landing, sits the full-size washer and dryer tucked behind double doors. The master bedroom (BR2) contains a plush King-size bed, flat-screen wall-mounted TV, chest for beach attire, desk, chair, closet, and private ensuite bath with shower and bench. The bunk room (BR3) consists of 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds with a chest and closet. The upstairs hall bathroom is made up of with tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the AMAZING Pool, which is heated during the winter months, with Waterslide and Palapas throughout. A Pearl's Place is located just blocks from the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and it was great. The place was quiet and the pool was great. We had a little snag the first day, but it was taken care of right away. We would absolutely stay here again thank you.

Our family rented 2 units to be together for a beach vacation, with a Pearl's Place being one of them. This condo was very clean and functional...no complaints! Would stay here again.

Loved the house, the pool & the golf cart rental. The cart quit working around 8:45 in the evening and with in 20 minutes, someone was there with another cart. Would stay there again. ONLY recommendation would be to suggest a baby gate for the stairs. Our 20 month old was a handful!

We really enjoyed staying at A Pearl’s Place. It was clean upon arrival, it had up to date decor, there was plenty of space. The few things we wish we would have know ahead of time to pack was hand soap, extra trash bags, and extra fans. The downstairs room was the warmest room in the house. We also wished that the upstairs master bathroom had a trash can. The place is located in a perfect spot being so close to the beach and so close to the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Mobile check-in was a breeze, management was very friendly and informative, the property was clean, very accommodating, has a washer and dryer and was well stocked upon our arrival. Our kids loved the pool!! We were a lot closer to the beach and restaurants than we expected. Relaxing on the patio was a bonus! We will definitely be coming back!

The location is perfect for the beach or town. It was clean and well-stocked with towels and dinnerware. The kids loved the pool. It was good to have an extra spot for a golf cart. We brought our own pan and a few cooking utensils for which we were grateful. We like to cook every meal and the kitchen is stocked with the minimum pots and pans, etc. We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times.

Considering all the places to stay on the island, one could be easily overwhelmed trying to find the right place to call “home.” If you are a small family or if you are trying to find a multi family solution, “A Pearl’s Place” is your answer. New construction, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, well decorated, washer/dryer, large updated kitchen for entertaining, private back yard, golf cart availability on-site, multiple parking spots, large resort style heated pool with slide, bbq pits, five minutes from beach, ten minutes from restaurants and shops, and much more. Office staff welcome you like family upon check in and quickly respond to any/all questions. truly one of the best vacations our family has had when visiting the beach!

New unit in a great location. Very clean and excellent value. Didn't give full 5 star because some basic condo necessities we've encountered elsewhere were missing - like salt and pepper, laundry detergent, enough trash bags, etc. Also a little strange there were only bottom sheets provided on beds; no top sheets. Have to wonder if comforters are washed between guests.

Weekend Trip With Friends

We had a fun weekend with our friends. The group Consisted of four adults and five children. The beds were comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room in the condo. We loved that we could all come back from the beach and there would be enough hot water for everyone to take a shower. Our kids favorite part was the pool with the waterslide! We I have never stayed at a place off the beach before and we were worried about the distance, but we bought a parking permit and were able to drive very quickly to the beach access. It would’ve been an easy walk as well. We will definitely consider staying back at these condos again.

We are very happy to see Port Aransas thriving and doing very well. This is my first time using a rental here and I will continue to book A Pearl's place for all of our family trips to Port A. Booking this place was easy and the management company was super helpful and friendly. This unit is beautifully decorated with a good floor plan. I was impressed with all the details. They even took the time to have night lights and baby gates ready which made it easier to vacation with our little ones. There is plenty of space, seating and an amazing kitchen. The walk to and from the beach was short and easy for our kids. Definitely a home away from home.

Excellent Place in a Great Location

My group was the first to stay at this place ever. The 3 bedroom, 3 restroom setup was perfect for the group. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The patio has a nice setup that allowed us to sit outside and play games. The pool has a great layout and ideal for kids. We will definitely stay here again.
