Beachside Bungalow is located just blocks from everything in Port A! What are you waiting for? Bedroom 1 features a King Bed, Bedroom 2 Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 is a Bunk Room with 1 Twin Bed on top over 1 Full Bed with another Full Trundle bed under the full. A Sleeper Sofa is located in the Loft with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
Beachside Bungalow is a family-friendly 3-bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse conveniently located on the beachside of 11th street for an easy 5-minute walk to the beach or a 5-minute golf cart ride into town. This fabulous property features a shared pool that is heated in the winter months with a huge rock formation and waterslide, restroom and plenty of covered palapas with tables and lounge chairs.
This townhome is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor and tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! A short walk or golf cart ride gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach and shopping, restaurants, fishing charters, and activities – including a fishing pier and a Pirate Cruise just minutes away.
Additional amenities include a Dining Table with Seating for 8 plus 4 more at a large kitchen bar area. All kitchen utensils and cookware is included Pots, Pans and Skillets, Dishes, Glassware, Wine and margarita Glasses, 12-cup Coffee Maker, Coffee Cups, and Flatware service for 12 people plus Kids plastic dishes, utensils, and cups – just bring your groceries. Toaster, Blender with Food Processor, and Serving Trays are also included. Washer, Dryer with Full-Size Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Stove.

The townhome is in immaculate condition both inside and outside. We were able to use the garage, which was wonderful for our bike, and extraneous items. The dishware, silverware, and glasses were exceptional as they were good quality and heavy duty. We had enough of everything to throw a dinner party for at least 10. The beds were also in good shape with great mattresses; the upstairs sitting room was great for one of us to watch TV upstairs and one downstairs. It was a very comfortable room. Every room had a ceiling fan which wasa great for air circulation. When we got home, the first thing my husband said was "Wow - we have a reall small TV." The TV's in all rooms at the townhouse were good size. All in all our experience over the past 3 years in this town home has been great.

Best place yet in port a that's not a resort. The heated pool shined for us bc it was cooler and we were still able to enjoy water in October! The place was Immaculate and loved every part of this clean place. The beach was literally 1 block away ! I can't say enough ! I will be back! This is our spot!

Very comfortable accommodations - nice spacious kitchen, dining and living space downstairs. Extra living space upstairs for the kids and three spacious bedrooms. My family of 8 stayed at this condo. It had ample bedroom space for all Very clean inside. Grill in the back yard. Got the Golf Cart with condo and used it to go mostly everywhere in town including the beach which is a very short distance away. The pool was great the kids loved the slide. Condo has all the amenities you need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again when in Port A.

A good time had by all at the Bungalo. It was clean and had wonderful beachy furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out. Cooking was easy with pans and utensils. Easy access upon arrival. The golf cart was a plus during our stay. The beach is around the corner and with the golf cart took a minute to get there. We had a good time and hope to be back soon.

We are loving the beachside bungalo! The home is beautiful and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable and each room is decorated nicely. We love having the golf cart to use as well! Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Close access to beach road! The unit itself was very clean and I loved the decor. Master bed was very comfy and plenty of sleeping space. The pool was very pretty too. Bonus that golf cart was included for 1 day and already at the place. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect town house! It was clean, very well stocked including plenty of dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels and dish soap. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy! We loved having the kitchen And living room on the ground floor. The pool was fabulous, the beach was close we did rent the golf cart which was there ready for us when we arrived! We will stay here again!

Condo had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and welcoming. It would’ve been nice to have another easy chair in the living room as there really wasn’t enough seating for 6 people to comfortably watch tv. The pool was nice on Thursday but by the weekend it was packed. Golf cart was fun but only had a little less than half tank of gas when it was delivered late, so we didn’t get our money’s worth for the extra day and gas we paid. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location, a pool that will please everyone in the family that has plenty of shade, the house is well cleaned and organized, extra beach supplies, ect. The owners really took thought into providing a home away from home. BBQ Grill in the back that was great to use. Will recommend and will be returning:)

We booked this bungalo for a nice family stay-cation. When we arrived the check in details were clear and precise. The cleanliness of this location upon arrival was stellar. The amenities were far better than described. The beds were very plush and provided endless comfort. We enjoyed the use of the 6 person gas powered golf cart that came with the reservation as it came in handy for our 1.5 minute trek to the beach. Did I mention the pool was also a refreshing treat that provided numerous tables for gathering with the family for a nice meal? This bungalo definitely was a cozy retreat for which we plan to book again in the near future.

First time to visit the beach in winter! This beachside bungalow was perfect. Three bedrooms, laundry upstairs, TVs with every channel and in every room including the upstairs living area, great kitchen, table to feed a large group, sweet outdoor patio with lights, downstairs bath and counter space to hold everything from cameras to sunglasses! The couches are comfortable and cozy, all the bathrooms had the necessities, bedrooms & staircase all filled with interesting beach decor! The lower level TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen! The chandelier above the dining table was my favorite as well as the painting of the girl in the mermaid room. This rental also came with a free one day 6 seater golf cart which we loved so much that we extended throughout our trip at a wonderful price! There was a ping pong table in the garage and the property had a beautiful family inspired heated pool with jets on one end similar to a hot tub, waterfall and slide in the middle and sunning shelf on the other side... all surrounded with tiki hut picnic tables and palm trees! Truly one of our favorite amenities and part of the reason for booking a December trip! The location is perfect on 11th St. my husband and I could take a run a block over and to the beach and back each morning! The days were so beautiful we spent part of them touring the main drag on foot to get coffee and smoothies from Coffee Wave as well as other shopping places. The golf cart is definitely the way to travel the island... we could carry our stuff to the beach to make our sand snowman, pick up our takeout each night, bring groceries back to the house, do some pottery at Fire It in town, and we toured and thoroughly enjoyed the Birding Center. With it being days before Christmas we also enjoyed the golf cart as we drove around looking at the neighborhood Christmas decorations! I did contact Life in Paradise twice during our stay with minor concerns that were addressed immediately and successfully with no further issues. As we left the bungalow to return home our daughter of 14 said she thinks we should make this a family Christmas tradition! We agree! Thank you for giving us a great place to stay, we appreciated the attention given to us from Life in Paradise and hope to return again soon!

I would highly recommend staying here. Everyone was helpful. Our place was clean and the location was great. We were right next to the beach entrance. After playing at the beach all day, we really enjoyed the pool. It was a great time. We will come again.

The house was so nice and very spacious. The location to the beach was just perfect. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. Only draw back was the pool, it was more of a party place and not real appropriate for our little ones we planned on taking there. However I’m not sure that is something the managers could have control of. I would recommend this house.

This house was amazing! It had plenty of space for my family. It was clean and decorated so cute. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. We drove to the beach but it was definitely walkable, we just had a lot of stuff. The full size washer and dryer was so nice to use. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was fun for us when the wind was over 20 mph and we couldn’t stay and play at the beach.
We will be back! It was such a great trip for us and the Beachside Bungalow played a big part in that!

This set of townhomes is great! I love staying in new ones each time I come and they seem to always hit the mark.
