  • Covered Palapas with picnic tables around the pool
  • Shared charcoal grills around the pool area. Personal grills are not allowed.
  • Dedicated Parking at each property.  Golf cart rental will use one parking space.
  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.

I was fortunate last year to win, at auction, a week in Port A at Beachside 406. Extremely comfortable and clean the Condo helped to make our stay a great one. Certainly plenty of space with comfortable beds and furniture including a well-stocked kitchen along with the luxury of a washer/dryer. Everything worked and no calls to management were needed. The pool, though not private was very nice with towels provided and a welcome respite for weary of beach vacationers.

It’s fantastic to hear the condo felt clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, great furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer truly make vacation life easier, and having everything run smoothly without the need for calls is always our goal.

We had a great stay at this beachside condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, including books and games that were perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was great, overall it was a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Port Arkansas!

BC406 is the perfect townhome to stay in while in Port Aransas!! It was a great location, easy walk to the beach and the pool on sight was wonderful. Greatly recommend!

The townhouse is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, just a few blocks from the beach. This was our second stay, and we plan to be back.

This townhome is beautifully furnished with a relaxing atmosphere. There is balcony access from all three bedrooms, comfortable furniture, a large dining room table, and an easy to navigate kitchen. The entrance hallway has a long bench, several wall hooks and a basket with towels for the pool. This area was great for changing out of beach wear and making a tidy transition to the rest of the house. The location is a few blocks from the beach — an easy walk if you like walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.
