  • Shared charcoal grills around the pool area. Personal grills are not allowed.
  • Dedicated Parking at each property.  A golf cart rental will use one of your parking spaces.

We’ve stayed at multiple life in paradise rentals, and a majority of them being in the same townhome complex (beachside). This one so far has been my favorite. The garage access, extra fridge in garage, and ice maker is a game changer. Very clean! Also the life in paradise team is very responsive. We come 4-5 times in the summer, and won’t stay with anyone else. The only recommendation I do have is the pool at beachside townhomes has had the same combo to the pool gate since we started staying here over a year ago, a lot of the locals know the code and have taken over the pool. I do recommend getting the pool code changed frequently to prevent locals from taking over the pool.
