This was my first time with my family staying at this house and words can't describe how satisfied we were with our stay. It was equipped with everything you needed to feel like home. The house was in close proximity to the beach and stores. You name it, it was close by. The pool was amazing, especially at night. This was a much needed vacation and we enjoyed every moment of it. Definitely will be coming back and making it a family trip every year.

Noisy being by road but we enjoyed our stay! Ice maker would not despense. We had a great time otherwise!!

The home was in a great location close to everything! We had a few issues such as we saw numerous water bugs while we were there and the house had a horrible smell upstairs. We ended up buying a candle to try and help the smell. The layout is weird with the kitchen being upstairs and grill being downstairs so it was harder to maneuver around.

Good management. Nice home. Pool area is a big plus for kids. Layout is good with master upstairs and other 2 BR downstairs. Came with a golf cart for one day, which was a great bonus. Kitchen is well appointed, but small. We cooked all meals and enjoyed the dining room. Living room is nice size with large couch. Cable offerings were lame, however, and unfortunately we left our Roku at home. The TV in the kids room is a Roku tv so you can access netflix etc there, just not as comfortable for everyone to watch tv in that one room. The home is close to everything, very convenient.

This house was amazing..great shape, very clean, only block from the beach and a walk around the corner to the awesome pool. My kids loved the pool and it was very warm. Everyone was awesome to deal with. We will be back.

Excellent Location; Great Facility; Needs New Broom

The facility has a wonderful location but check for construction before booking, listened to a nail gun every morning.. ugh; rebuilding is still ongoing. Aqua Bella was clean and well maintained but two bedrooms were on the first floor, living/kitchen and master were on the second floor. Stairs killed us old folks, especially with groceries. Washer/dryer on the first floor was especially handy. The facility itself is close to beach, bars and restaurants. Pool was great for adults during the week; weekend full of kids so if you have them you will love it. The place needed a new broom and dustpan. Hard to help keep maintained without these essential items, especially with the sand. Beach was great during the week but on the weekend go early to select your spot. Must eat at: Shells (small but worth the wait); Back Porch Bar and eat Black Drum Nachos; Moby Dicks so-so; Giggity's - great. The Graf is a local spot for drinks and really friendly staff; Oldest bar \"Shorty's\" must see but staff was not at all friendly. Bernie's is for the young crowd - hopping during the weekend. Golf Cart is the way to get around Robin at Texas Red Golf Cart was the best deal for the week and full of local info. Grocery on the island has everything you need but go across the bridge to Walmart/HEB to save you some money. Facility customer service was great. Two couples and out first time - had a great time and will be back.

Fantastic vacation rental. Very roomy. Great for family vacations. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is absolutely fantastic. Our 18 month old had plenty of room to run and play.
