Blue Space is a new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhome adorned with island and marine life décor in calming shades of blue and green, located right in the heart of Port A and within walking distance to the beach. The resort-style shared pool is heated in the winter months, complete with a slide, Palapas, and BBQ area. This is the perfect place to round out a day of shopping or to unwind from fun at the beach. The bottom level of this home offers a half bath, kitchen, and living room. The full-size kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils to meet your culinary needs. Gather for a meal at the dining table for four with additional seating of three stools at the breakfast bar.  The living room is furnished with a wall-mounted TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a matching armchair with plush pillows, all made for lounging. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio provided with outdoor seating or grill up the day's catch on the charcoal grill.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a Loft area, a washer, and a dryer. The Master bedroom (BR1) contains a King-size bed, nightstands, clothing, and luggage racks for your beach attire, a wall-mounted TV, and a matching chair with an ottoman to curl up and read a book. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a quartz countertop vanity and a tub/shower. Take time out to relax on the private balcony in the ocean breeze. The Guest bedroom (BR2) consists of a Queen-size bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, and a wall-mounted TV. The upstairs Loft area is outfitted with a built-in bunk bed with three Twins and a TV.  The guest bedroom and Loft share a hall bath with quartz countertops and a stand-alone shower with a bench. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall for use during your stay.  This gorgeous townhome is the ultimate spot for a family vacation, conveniently located  0.4 miles to the beach and 0.7 miles to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Book Blue Space for a place to decompress, relax, and reflect.

Loved this vacation spot. It was perfect for taking the 4 kids we had with us having the triple bunk and a separate room for the older kid. It was conveniently close to the beach so we could walk or drive. It was also very clean and the kids loved the pool with the slide. We had quick support when we had an issue, we couldn't find the blade to the blender, so they brought a new blender to us with a few hours. Thanks for a great vacation!

We would like to thank Blue Space & Life in Paradise for a great vacation experience. Our family of 4 went for a few days & enjoyed the beach just as much as the condo & community pool! If you have kids, this is THE place to stay. Just a block from the beach & the pool was a great place to relax after a full day in the sand (even had fun colored lights at night). We were thankful to have plenty of towels, toiletries & kitchen necessities which made for a smooth vacation. Can't wait to go back!

This condo is everything you want at the beach. Spotlessly clean, it instantly felt welcoming. Plenty of room for 2 families and the bunk beds were everyone's favorite. The condo was well stocked with all of the items you need in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels. It is so close to the beach, making it easy to get out early and find a good spot. After the beach, the pool was a welcome treat. Going to the beach is our escape and we can't wait to get to Blue Space again!

Life in Paradise was fantastic to work with. Home was comfortable, albeit lacking storage for long term renters. Close to beach and downtown. We will be back!

This condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. Everything was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. There is plenty of space for 2 families with children. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was quiet. The pool was really nice as well. Beach access is only about 1 block away. Check in was super easy as the management company texts you directions the day of your stay. This condo really was perfect for everything we needed and such a great location! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a great place to relax! Beautiful condo right around the corner from the beach. Very clean and fit 7 of us very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. Was also close to the deep sea fishing companies. We caught sharks out in the Gulf.

The home was nice and clean with all the essentials. The location was very convenient for Beach access and right by Restuarants. The only downside would be getting our access code to get into the home. We got it literally 5 mins prior to 4pm check in. So don't arrive early and don't call for it. You won't be checking in till 4pm. We were only 15 mins early and had to wait outside for it... so that was a bit annoying. Even when calling in to ask for it we got a no. Other than that, the house was great.
