Beachside Corner is a family-friendly three-bedroom townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. A short 8-minute walk will get you to the beautiful Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. This community includes access to a saltwater pool that is heated during the winter months and even has a slide. This townhome is adorned with beach-inspired décor and hardwood floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. There is fun for the whole family. Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay.  You can golf cart to get coffee, groceries, and of course to the beach.

 

After a day of fun in the sun, return to your Port A home and relax on your outdoor patio. Downstairs you will find the full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly away in the hall, along with a large walk-in closet for extra storage. Guest bedroom 1 (BR1) holds a Queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser, wall-mounted TV, closet, corner chair, and private patio access leading outside to outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) consists of two Twin over Full built-in bunk beds, a closet, and a TV, also with access to the back patio.  Both rooms share a bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower. Venture upstairs and you will find a newly designed living room with a large sleeper sectional sofa with plush pillows, a flat-screen HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a half bath for guests. The dining room table accommodates seven guests while the bar allows additional seating for four. Meals are sure to be enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig on the sidebar. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make you feel right at home along with dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR3) offers a plush King-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and private ensuite bath with a full-size shower. The private balcony off of the master suite has plenty of room to sit and unwind.

This was our 2nd stay (Feb 1 to March3rd) at Beachside 101, and we’ve reserved it for the same time next year. It’s a great unit with a washer-dryer, grill in the backyard, use of the garage, great assortment of cookwear, comfy beds, etc. The pool is outstanding. It’s beautiful, and heated during the winter months. This property is only 2 blocks from the beach. It’s really the perfect place to stay.

The house was great! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The home was well decorated and spacious. Although it wasnt a problem for our family, just note that the kitchen and living areas is upstairs with the master. Groceries have to be brought upstairs and back patio grilling is accessed through the rooms downstairs. The backyard area is all rocks and one of my dogs was not a fan of going potty without grass. This wasnt a big issue for my family, but I wish I had realized. The patios were nice to spend time on during the rain. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool on-site on the days it sprinkled a little in the morning too. We had access to the garage which was very nice to put away our beach chairs and toys and other bulky items. The beach road was right around the corner and it made it easy to get there quick. We could have easily walked as well.

We absolutely loved the home. It was very spacious and very clean. The only thing we weren't happy about was the cooking pans. I would suggest on upgrading the cooking pans. Other than that our stay was great!!

Hello! We enjoyed thoroughly staying at this unit for the 2nd time. Thank you for being pet friendly. I just wanted to let you know that in the booklet, it says 0 Pets allowed as well as on a sign in the door. But on the rental site, it said pet-friendly. I hope we didn't break any rules. So that needs to be fixed in the condo. Also, I suggest getting cloth curtain blinds for the door windows. Seems dogs have torn those up quite a bit. I feel the cloth blind will last longer and allow the pups to look out easier and cause blind damage. We also ran out of bowls and spoons before needing to wash them so it would be helpful to have more in the cabinets. Lastly, it would helpful to have more hanging hooks around especially in the bathrooms for wet suits, towels, and clothes. The shower pressure in the upstairs shower is very weak and was hard to wash properly. We have request, can someone please log off of Netflix in the bottoms room with the Queen bad? We forgot to log off. Other than that, all was good. Love the washer/dryers! We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Our family LOVED this condo! It has everything you need and more. It was clean upon entry too! My only negatives are:1 - it states that there is a Keurig coffee maker so we made sure we purchased pods - BUT, there's no Keurig, it's a drip coffee maker :(2 - the ONLY thing we ever cook while on vacay is breakfast and the pans were in poor condition.3 - the fridge wasn't working when we got there but the maintenance crew came with a mini fridge within 20 minutes or so :)

Our family enjoyed the location very much. The beach is a 30 second drive on golf cart, and the pool is a minute walk. We came in December when the ocean is a little too chilly to swim in, but the kids loved the heated pool. It’s obvious that the owner took the time to make the beds extra comfortable and clean.We had the best time at this condo! We will be back!

This property was better than what I expected. The location was great loved the clean and open floor plan. The beds were so comfortable. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to allow you to cook. We really enjoyed the ping pong table after a day at the beach it was nice to come to a place where we could all get together and enjoy more quality time. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee while watching everyone drive by to the beach. The pool area was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home!
This home is fully stocked and furnished very comfortable! The beds are so comfortable. The condo has everything you will need. Beachside has the best pool in Port Aransas. The children love the slide. We have stayed in Beachside several times and will be back.
The only thing missing was a kitchen strainer for draining spaghetti. The floors were very dirty. We mopped because our feet would be black on the bottom.

We loved staying at Beachside corner! Plenty of room, great pool and the kids loved the built in Bunkbeds. The ping pong table was also a hit.
