Come stay and drop anchor at Anchor’s Away!  Whether you’re enjoying the private pool, driving the included golf cart to the beach or just hanging out on one of the 2 spacious decks looking out to the gulf, this newly built 3-level, 5-bedroom 4-bathroom house is the perfect place for relaxation and fun.  The driveway and covered parking area has enough space for up to 5 vehicles and is equipped with a 220v Electric Vehicle charging outlet (You will have to bring your own adapter). Through the front door and up the stairs you are welcomed to a spacious kitchen, equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and separate island with seating for five and dining area with 4 chairs and a built-in bench.  Just off to the side is the living room, with space for gathering family and friends to relax and watch TV.  From there you can either walk out onto the outside deck, which has seating for up to 8 people, or head to one of the two bedrooms on that level.  The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has 2 sets of built-in twin over twin bunks.  This floor also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  Walking up to the third and top level of the house you will find the game room.  With a separate sink, mini-fridge, TV and foosball table it’s a fun spot for kids and adults alike.  On this level you will find 2 additional bedrooms, with a king bed in the first room and a queen in the second bedroom.  There are also 2 full bathrooms on this level with a walk-in shower in one and a shower/tub combo in the other.  Another deck can be found on this level as well, with seating for up to 6 people.  Just under the house on right there is a stackable washer and dryer.  To the left you will find the separate apartment with a queen size bed, separate twin and full-sized bathroom with walk-in shower.  The apartment also has its own sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge.  You can also walk outside directly to the pool from the apartment!  Located in the backyard is the stunning private pool, with a fire pit and outside shower, and picnic a table it’s definitely the best place to be in the whole house!  You can also access any of the outside decks from the backyard as well.

Everything thing was just as presented and was perfect for our family.The only thing that could have been missed was pot holders for theKitchen. That is minor but we could have used them. Also there wereOnly a few clothes hangers in one closet and they were really needed.Very nice property.

We definitely will be back , I was impressed from the beginning I believe I spoke with Katy and Manuela over the phone I was WOWED from then on. The rental exceeded our expections from the pool , to the bar b Que pit , the living spaces , to the kitchen , and over the top with the Golf Cart! We have been to Port Aransas so many times but never rented a house , to be honest I did not think the photos in Website would accurate, I stand corrected this rental was everything it said and then some

We had ages 85-6 and the floor plan worked out well for us. The pool was a great plus as well as the upstairs game room to keep the kids busy! Excellent setup for 3 different groups as well.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! Wonderful location in regards to the beach and close to restaurants/shopping. The house was very clean and had all the cooking essentials. Beautiful private pool that whole family enjoyed when not at the beach.

This house was simply remarkable! From the backyard pool, to the game room for kids, to walking distant from the beach, it had something for everyone in our family! It was definitely the perfect place for adults and kids! I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to go again!

The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. The kids loved sleeping in the room with the bunk beds and having a pool in the backyard. We loved hanging out on the decks (3 to choose from) and it was so conveniently located. The beach was only a one block walk down the street or you could take the golf cart. We were also close enough to drive the golf cart to dinner one night. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Port Aransas!

The house is new and very clean and well put together. The beds are really comfortable and sleeps like 15 people. We walked down the street to the beach and its close to town. Great property and great location, we will be back again !!
