Salty Souls Seaclusion Townhome is located near Mustang Island FBO Airport in an upscale community.  Sitting on a canal, it offers a unique setting with so many options to cater to your leisure.  Rent a boat slip from the private Island Moorings Marina and stock up with fuel, beer, wine, ice, bait, tackle, and more at the Ship Store before a day on the water.  Hop in a car or rent a golf cart and drive 0.6 miles to the beach or 1 mile to the golf course. Walk out the front door across the way to cool off in the shared pool with a swim-up bar, soak in the hot tub, bask beside it in the sun, or sit under a shaded cabana. This townhome spans three levels of splendor with high-end appliances, fixtures, and custom coastal décor. The private first-floor accommodations consist of a bedroom (BR1) with a King bed, nightstands, closet, and ensuite bathroom providing a vanity and tub with a glass enclosure. Take in the Bay breeze from your private covered patio or stroll down the walkway leading to the water. When you are ready to grill, a propane grill is here for you on the patio. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall closet. Venture up to the second floor to find two more bedrooms. The alcove area at the top of the landing can be used as an office for those who have to check in on work while away. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, ensuite bathroom with vanity, and tub/shower with glass enclosure. The master bedroom (BR3)is at the end of the hall. It is comprised of a King bed with a bench at the foot, nightstands, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser for beach attire, and a closet. Revel in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower with a bench and double rain heads. Unwind out on the private balcony. Wander up the stairs to the third floor to the living area. The modern kitchen is a chef's dream with ample counter space, new appliances, and stocked cookware and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the large wooden dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for four at the adjacent bar. Gather in the living area to watch a movie or your favorite
sport on the wall-mounted TV. Seating is plentiful with a plush couch, two accent chairs, and an oversized chair with an ottoman that converts to a Twin sleeper sofa. There is a half bath on this floor for easy accessibility as well.
Proceed out to the balcony and stand in awe of the Marina as the view from above takes a calming hold of your senses.  If you feel compelled to book a stay at a majestic property with various adventures to choose from, then this is the one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salty Souls Seaclusion. It was the perfect size for our group of family and friends for the occasion. Life in Paradise was in constant communication with us from the time we booked to the day of arrival. This townhome was immaculate, clean and inviting upon entering. Each bedroom is private and equipped with an en-suite bathroom, so we didn't have to share. The elevator was a benefit to my 72 year old mom in helping her to get to each floor. We gathered in the open living/kitchen area to celebrate our college grad with plenty of seating for all. The back balcony was the favorite spot to sit and soak up the breeze, watch the boats come in and out of the marina and catch the beautiful Port A sunsets. It is very peaceful and quiet in this complex. We unloaded our coolers from the bed of the truck to the spacious garage so we didn't have to worry about them getting wet in the rain while we were in town and in Corpus. With this convenient location, you are able to get in your vehicle and drive across the road about a half a mile to the beach as well. We appreciate your hospitality and will definitely be back.Thank you!!!

We have stayed at Airport Marina Townhomes multiple times. This was our first time at Salty Souls Seaclusion , managed by Life in Paradise. This was the most impressive experience we have had in 30 years of coming to the Island. Everyone was at the top of their game in making sure all was perfect! The unit was super clean and had all we needed to get our vacation going smoothly. We will absolutely return soon. Thank you for the great service and your kindness!

Wow.Everything about the rental was perfect for our group of five friends.The layout was great for gathering, cooking, and hanging out on the balcony.The en suite bedrooms gave us privacy and space that we needed.The main plus for our group was the elevator, which was necessary for our mobility-impaired friend. He quickly mastered the elevator, which was surprisingly quiet and easy to operate.The elevator also made it easy for us geezers to haul our provisions and luggage upstairs.The kitchen was a dream: modern appliances, gas cook top, plenty of counter space and every imaginable utensil, dish, pot and pan and glassware.The folks at Life in Paradise were communicative and made our stay easy, especially with the golf cart rental.We wish we could have stayed longer, but we're glad to have found our home away from home in Port A.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is our 4th time staying in one of the Island Mooring units, and I'd say this was the best maintained and cleanest unit of all. We would certainly go back again.

We loved our stay at Salty Souls Seaclusion! The townhouse was extremely clean and well stocked. The location was great. We loved being on the marina, where we could watch the boats as well as the planes take off and land at the airport. (which is across the street) The community pool and hot tub were an added bonus when coming home from the beach. We definitely want to stay at SSS again.☀️

Loved the view while drinking my coffee on the upper deck. It was a very busy weekend in town but you would never know it. Peaceful at the Marina. Home had everything I could ask for plus. Room for everyone to enjoy each other and room for private time. The pool was great. Quick 2 minutes to the beach, 4 minutes to golf and 10 minutes into town via golf cart. Only thing I could ask for was more time to stay. Will be back as soon as I can.

I wondered why our friends would drive 4 hours to Port A instead of the 30 minutes to Galveston. Now I Know ... Port A is a laid back community with lots of great restaurants and great friendly folks. The golf cart was our main mode of transportation. We loved Salty Souls Seaclusion ... we had 6 adults and it was perfect. Room for everyone with individual in suite baths. Plenty of room to stretch out. Hung out on the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. Townhouse was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to our next trip back to Salty Souls Seaclusion!
