Above and Beyond is a brand-new stilted beach house situated in the Third Coast Landing neighborhood of Port Aransas, adorned with coastal décor carried throughout. The carport and driveway provide ample parking for four vehicles and /or watercraft. This home is conveniently located 0.6 miles to the beach and 0.2 miles to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and 2.7 miles to Palmilla Golf Course.
The ground level offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from a day at the beach, multiple shaded tables and chairs under the carport to cool off in the ocean breeze, and a patio area for cooking up the day's catch on the grill or warming up beside the chiminea. 
Take in the morning sunrises with your morning coffee in hand from the second-level balcony. The inviting and open concept allows for gathering family and friends and never missing out on the conversations. Congregate in the living room on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper sofa, or matching armchairs to watch a movie. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinet space, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The accommodating laundry room holds a full-size washer, dryer, and vacuum to use during your stay. The first guest room (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet, luggage rack, and TV. The second guest room (BR2) contains two Twin beds, a nightstand, a chest, a closet, and a TV. These rooms share a hallway bathroom comprised of a granite vanity top and tub/shower unit. The master bedroom (BR3) sits at the end of the hall made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, an armchair, a chest for your beach attire, a TV, both a corner rack for hanging clothes and a luggage rack to rest your suitcase. Clean and inviting place with a great space below for eating, grilling and just hanging out. Location is about perfect, only minor complaint is there is a fair amount of traffic on the street, again, a minor complaint. Would definitely stay there again.

By far the best home we have ever stayed in! We've stayed in many places at Port Aransas, and this gets the gold⭐️ . Location is awesome!!! (Close to beach and grocery store/restaurants). House is big and roomy with amazing parking spaces and outdoor activity area. House is stocked with everything you could want (although it could use a new non-stick fry pan). Beds are super comfy; house smelled nice and clean without having fragrances (great for a person with allergies like me). Furniture was comfortable. Life In Paradise was very quick to respond and very pleasant when needed. Awesome Vacay!

Great place to stay. Roomy and very clean. Very well stocked. Loved the seating area underneath the house for evenings. Easy no haste checkin and checkout. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Perfect place! Spacious and comfortable beach house. Our family spent most of the time outside in the covered carport enjoying the breeze. We will definitely reserve this place again!
