Book your next getaway at Sandy Good Time, a newly remodeled, second floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub and grilling area. You will find the open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple or small family with stylish, crisp coastal decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a plush couch that folds out to a Queen sleeper sofa, matching accent arm chair and ottoman, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the large TV with cable and Wifi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, the full size washer and dryer are tucked neatly off of the kitchen behind folding doors. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the Bay breeze. The master suite (BR1) awaits you with a King size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a granite vanity separated from the tile tub/shower area. The sink can also be accessed from the laundry area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach. No special occasion needed to come and have a Sandy Good Time!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. Location, condition of unit, golf cart included are all great! Our only feedback again is the unit is lacking supplies for the following: no means to clean the floors- no broom/dust pan or vacuum. Limited kitchen items: 1 small frying pan? 1 very small mixing bowl? No hangers again! We bought them last year and left them. Nice big walk in closet but no means to hang your clothes. Would love to rest again but would hope these things can be addressed.

The place was amazing and the staff was wonderful, I will be coming back again. Only complaint I could have is we wished there was a broom or vacuum so we could clean as we went, going to the beach everyday we brought a lot of it back with us against our will. Otherwise loved it.

We had an issue with the AC when we first got there and it was immediately fixed. I really appreciate the quick response! The unit was pretty clean with a couple of exceptions. The only chair in the living room was dirty and badly stained. The placemats on the table were also dirty with old food stuck to them. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it was kind of far from where we usually stay and because of the cleanliness issue.

This condo is very nice. Newly updated with new appliances. Enjoyed our stay and loved the golf cart free with condo. It was awesome going around to shops and restaurants in it. Had a wonderful experience and will be back.

The condo smelled clean when first walking in. It had all of the supplies we needed for our stay. The community was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to all of the fun activities in town. We will absolutely be staying there again in the future.
